QWENCH Juice Bar — Restaurant in Los Angeles

We stopped in for a quick breakfast. We ordered everything 3 açaí bowls, a yogurt maca bowl and a smoothie. After a few minutes a guy comes in (manager I assume), talk to the lone employee, then leaves. The employee then tells us they have no açaí so he’ll have to refund us for the bowls and we’ll have to order something else. Then he says they’re also out of yogurt and the maca bowl will be refunded. So out of our order they could only make 1/5. We were in a rush and didn’t have time to look for another location so we had to order whatever they had available. Very bad customer service. I ordered a "clean green" juice and I asked the lady to add ginger. They charge me extra to add ginger and I asked the lady twice if she added ginger and during the preperation I saw that they did not add ginger. The lady saw the preparation process and she knew they did not add ginger but told me yes anyways. The juice was also very watery without flavor. The lady is very dishonest. Quality juice bar that puts a lot of care into their service and upkeep as well as the products they offer: including acai bowls, breakfast bowls, veggie bowls, yogurt bowls and burritos. Qwench is very rich in taste, but also a bit more than like places in expense. It's definitely worth a trip or try. Outdoor seating is offered here, indoor again in the hopefully near future.
