I went to this shop two days in a row the first Day they lightly customized my drink ( only vanilla and some meh syrup they make in house). It was good probably due to vanilla. so I decided hey let me drive from Tarzana to sherman oaks and get it again , support local business right ! Well I was met with the sassiest employee or owner I don’t know, who said it’s against their policy to customize drinks. Mind you I only asked for honey and sugar mix to try something new. Save your money and go across to Starbucks. Until these businesses learn customer service first they won’t make it. I will never step foot here again. The guy was tall and blonde and rude to say the least.
I see your response and it is truly not acceptable. Two simple syrups are not a customizable issue you’re guy or yourself whomever this is wasn’t in a good mood I didn’t ask for much. There is also yell and other reviews coming. It would have been easier to use the two sweeteners you can’t tell me what my taste buds want this is ridiculous. I will urge others...

I'm pretty functionally minded when it comes to coffee — as long as it brings me back to life I'm happy.
Lynx made me realize although function is important, otherwise how do we human, form does not have to take a backseat in the equation.
The care, love and artistry that Lynx puts into every drink is something I've only really seen at places that truly have passion for what they do or make.
That all said, I'm truly a big fan of art, form and function and now I can get all of that in my coffee at Lynx. They even took it a step further and built a beautifully designed space you'll be happy to hang out in, drink your coffee or even do your work peacefully.
I cannot wait to have The Praline and Snow again, both were delicious treats for my brain, stomach and eyes!
10/10 PERIOD! I'd say 'run, don't walk' but since you haven't had your coffee yet, drag yourself as quickly as you...
Read moreI was craving and crafted coffee on Sunday morning, and I keep seeing this place when I’m driving down Ventura, and I’m glad we took the opportunity to stop in.
If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you, even if they’re not busy it’s almost like 7 to 10 minutes to get a coffee .
The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. We sat at the part of the coffee bar to watch the barista finish drinks. .
It’s a really cute modern bright coffee shop .
My husband had the chai and the green watch of snow, and he liked them both very much but the snow is his favorite .
I have d the Oro which is a seasoned mocha, and it was good and not very sweet.
I can’t remember where they said they got their pastries at, but we had the turkey and cheese croissant and it was absolutely delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was good and they warmed it up for us but for me it needs...
