I love Mateo’s ice cream! If this place was close to me I would probably visit every day. Their rum raisin gelato has me. I truly crave this ice cream, the bold and rich flavor along with the way it melts is just incredible.

My kid gets a scoop of vanilla with rainbow sprinkles, and my husband likes their cookies and creme gelato in a waffle cone,

You can keep it simple here with a fruit salad, or go all in with a banana split topped with all the fixings.

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. They’ll let you try gelato flavors.

If it’s busy just wait a few minutes and the line should clear out. They do an amazing job at accommodating the rushes throughout the day. There’s a nice area outside you can enjoy ice cream at too ☺️

Vegetarian review! TL;DR at the end. Wow! This place has a veggie sandwich combo which is really great considering its price point! (I paid 11.88 with tax at the time of this review) The combo comes with a sandwich, bionic fruit cup, half an orange and a small beverage of your choice which can be freshly made juice! I got pineapple juice and it was everything I could have wished for.

-The sandwich- This slim hero has black beans, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onions, fresh cheese, avocado, mayonnaise, and roasted veggies like squash and red bell peppers. the sandwich is roasted and placed in what I think is a panini press I'm not sure but it's delightfully toasty and crunchy when you bite into what I believe is French bread.

-The bionic fruit cup- which in this place translates to dried coconut, granola bits and yogurt over an actual medley of fruit! It has strawberry, papaya, melon, apple I was very pleasantly surprised!

Sandwich good, combo price great! All in all this place is very clean and so colorful and makes for a bunch of cute Instagram photos. The meal left me very satisfied I know I came to an ice cream shop but I ended up eating a meal which did not leave me wanting and that's saying a lot for a place that specializes in ice cream. 11/10...

I visited on Sunday 11/11/23 at 12:46. I ordered 4 items but they charged me for an extra item. I returned to ask for a refund and they refused. The cashier (Dulce) called over the guy (Antoni), not sure about his name. She asked him about my order and he lied and said he gave the extra ice cream to my son. Which was a complete lie. My son never interacted with him. It was four of us but I was charged for 5 things. He basically called me a liar in front of a bunch of people over $3 item. The cashier said I can’t do refunds. They said I had to comeback at 8am, why would I do that ? Why would I lie about $3? Be careful and check your receipt, they probably do it on purpose to...
