Beautiful park in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by gorgeous homes. But boy, there were literally about 25 nannies there with 1-3 year olds, and the nannies barely spoke English! I know Culver City has expensive homes now, but I didn't know it had turned into Manhattan! I didn't know CC was a nanny kind of town, and I've lived here since 1973! My teenage son and I went to the park to throw a ball around, but there were so many nannies with babies, we felt like we might accidently hit one of them, so we didn't stay long. We used to go to this park all the time about 5 years ago and it wasn't like this... Now all the homes have new, fancy second stories added. It's beautiful, but felt foreign to me now. It is quiet and there isn't much traffic through the neighborhood so it isn't too dangerous when balls roll into the street.
