I love this place a lot been shopping here for almost 6 years but never thought I will review this with one star, yesterday I went and when I was about to pay Diana the cashier gave me a bad attitude, my total was 13.24 so I have her $20 then I saw .25 cents in my bag and I told her I have the change I gave her the .25 cents and she said is ok and she proceeded to give me the change the computer told her instead of just give me 7 with .01 cents. I told her I gave you the .25 cents because I don't want too Manny coins she said that I have to tell her I'm advice because her manager told her to take care of the pennys. I understand if she had to give me 6 pennys or more but she was supposed to give me only ONE BACK. I would said anything if she would said it in a good way but no, also the next costumer was my bf he pay a water total was $2.89 he gave her $3 and she gave him back .11 cents so doesn't make sense she gave him one penny and with me she made a big deal 😠😠😠 she needs more experience for sure. Read moreToday I visited this store location. I love visiting different Ross locations to find hidden gems. Today I found an under the bed storage with wheels but learned a wheel was missing, I still wanted to purchase this item and asked the cashier for a possible discount which I rarely do. The cashier prompt the manger named Claudia for assistance for the discount. The manager did not acknowledge me nor greeted me. The cashier gave me a total in which I learned was only 10 percent. I thought that was kind of unfair and asked for an additional discounted price in which I knew she could do. I asked Claudia her response no I can’t do anything else, rudely and short with no eye contact.
I took the item and thought to self well I guess a review will be a better response in this case because I love Ross and have never encountered someone rude, short, and disconnected at any Ross location. I simply came into the store to return an item and was hindered and talked down to by Jennifer who quickly identified herself as the manager and stated no one else was over her. I dont mind that i could not complete my return but i do mind that her communication was stern,belligerant and racist to a certain extinct , she should definetly be retrained or find herself being the subject of constant dis respect. Its ok to speak to a customer and smile,give advice or even do additional by calling a store.
