Please note that whenever I post a review I will post my honest overall experience with a business that offer products or services to the general public for consumption. Based on good moral human way of interactions with consumers good or bad. To aid consumers who seek an honest opinion about that business so they can make an informal decision to consume the product or service or not and in no means do I post to harm or prais the business in anyway. I believe that an honest opinion of the overall experiences will help both the business and the consumer. With that being said let's begin my opinion with this particular McDonald's located in the corner of MLKJ Blvd and Figueroa the beginning of South Central Los Angeles. I made am online order for drive thru pick up off the McDonald's app. But I did not have a car. I was using my bike. Now the surrounding fast food restaurants do not allow pedestrians to go through their drive through on a bicycle so I was happy to find out that I was not turned away. đ I will definitely visit this location over and over again. I use to be hesitant on visiting this location on previous occasions because of past visits experiences but after this visit I change my opinion and give this business an A+ for their outstanding work and I am greatfull that they did not discriminate against bicyclist especially at times like these. This is a company who cares about consumers and not let little things like a bicycle affect how they conduct business with their customers awesome work guys and thank you for not discriminating this puts you guys above all other fast food restaurants around the area. I paid for my food and to my surprise, they TOOK my change and added it to the RMH Charity, when I was never asked to donate.. And you can bet your .87, I got my change back. You DONT TAKE somebody's change WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION.. Good thing I always look at my receipt before driving off. The girl at the window looked at it as being petty, when in actuality, its not.. YOU GUYS STOLE FROM ME, and IDC if it was .5.. I'm entitled to ALL MY CHANGE AND THE RIGHT TO DONATE OR NOT.. ASK THE CUSTOMERS.. I BET YALL CAME UP DOING THIS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE.. Unfortunately this is their M.O. of you can tell by my previous review on this same location...
Funny.. Today, 1/9/23, I decided to stop and purchase a few items. When I get to the window, my meal came up to $14.25, so I hand the cashier a $20 bill.. When she hands me my change, and tells me they don't have any Dimes, Quarters, Pennies, or Nickels, like I'm Boo Boo the fool..lol I promptly told her to give me my dollar back and I'll give her a quarter, because, Firstly, IM NOT GIVING ANYBODY A EXTRA NOTHING while you're getting paid to work.. Secondly, since she's the cashier, she should've let me know that there weren't any change, while I was handing her my Bill.. Besides... WHAT FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT DOESN'T HAVE ANNNNY COINS AT ALL?????
Guess this is her way, of coming up on extra funds, but I aint the one!!! I might appear slow at times, but I'm ALWAYS on point!

   Read moreI was there this morning and I gave my code out for my coffee for the app and it says âgot it â which means when the cashier inputs the code they got it so it gets reduced for $.99. Apparently the cashier replied you already use this code you can use it and I said yeah I just used it with you. It just told me that you got it. She says itâs invalid. You cannot use it. When I get to the window, the manager is already waiting for me, she repeat the same thing the cashier did, and I said yes the same thing I said, told the cashier the code is because I just gave it to you. it was a very hostile environment another manager came by and said that she could help me and I said great you know how are you going to resolve this now sheâs gonna tell me to wait and to resolve it is for me to wait 15 minutes because when the apps donât work they donât work and thereâs nothing that she can do or could be done to fix that so get over it. You have to wait 15 minutes. She doesnât understand that even if I wait 15 minutes itâs not gonna give me the same discount so she doesnât even know what sheâs saying, I tell her you know what Iâm gonna get my coffee somewhere else!
