Worst Experience Ever, Worst unprofessional Customer service, Poor Quality Food, incorrect/incomplete Order, And incredibly Rediculous Delivery Time. can't Say I Normally Post Reviews about Dissatisfaction but....
I Placed my Order Online Directly Through the website, and was Specific when it came to what was to be included in my order. And received Confirmation via Email that DoorDash was Assigned to Deliver.
Not only did I pay for Avocado and not receive it, but there was no Cheese at all When the order Clearly Read Pepper jack, and none of the Vegetables Where Correct, including the extra edition of unwanted Pickles... Ewww.... My Chips where Nothing Remotely Close to what I requested, but they Chose to give me BBQ Lays for whatever reason when I'm ordering a wrap w/avocado and Baked Chips.... You think a person would of been considerate to give me the next baked option... My Soda was the only thing to be even Kinda of Close to what I asked for, Coke zero... But instead I received diet Coke... Surprised I didn't receive a water bottle by mistake... But before I received this horrific Order, What really made my food the most unappetizing was When I had called the Restaurant 30min after placing it and receiving No Update on my Order after receiving a confirmation Email.... Not only was the Person's Phone Etiquacy Rude and Informal when answering, but upon explaining the reason for my call, and inquiring about my Order, because the online tracking hadn't even budged the entire time, This person had the Nerve to say "What About it?" And I asked if it was Done or out for delivery by Chance, and I was Told.... And I Quote " We Don't do Deliveries" "you have to come pick it up" and I explained how it was odd that my Email Said Differently... And I told her my mistake...and so I asked if it was infact paid for? And if it was Done and ready to be picked up? And They Said "yes it's been ready".... So I had to call Door Dash customer service Which was Remarkably Impressive in Catering to my Order Issues, Who then notified me that infact a Driver Had Just infact picked up my order and it was Jack who would be on His way to Deliver my Food.... The Driver who Came was a Woman, and if Jack is infact Her REAL Name... She Handed me my UNSEALEd Slop of an Order that was Insulting to Believe I would Actually Eat That... Thanks for Spoiling any Chance of me ever Reordering or Recommending anything from that location ever again, and I believe I'm owed money back for the missing ingredients I payed for on my reheated Tosted Cold Wrap... -Thank You! -Sincerely Yours, a Unimpressed Unsatisfied Contributing Local Guide... I would of Taken a picture of my Food but instead I included screenshots of the kind of Attention my Contributions Bring to a Business... Honestly, I don't necessarily expect friendliness here, and I really don't care much about it. However, the consistent disregard and outright rudeness I've experienced from her are simply intolerable. All I ever said to her was "mobile pick up," and I neither added anything more nor less. Yet, they have either never responded to me or just asked for my name to which I replied. One day, when I mentioned I was there for a mobile pickup, she asked, "For?" and after I answered with my name, she publicly yelled at me, saying, "You are rude." This was very embarrassing and deeply saddening, especially as an international student here just trying to get a simple meal. I never approached them with a smile, nor have I ever demanded any service or filed any complaints. I always order via mobile and pick up my food, so I've never stayed in the store for more than a minute. I wondered if it was because I didn't greet them, but they never greeted me either, and almost threw my orders at me every time, so I never expected any courtesy from them. This place has always been like this, and I never expected any particular manners at Subway. But today, her behavior completely crossed the line. It was shocking and deeply insulting. She seem lonely from my perspective she was the only one working at this location at the present time. For me to be with my lover I guess the kiss pissed her off.
Although she didn't ruin the moment. The service will NOT be proceeded as good nor descent!
So to the young lady who needs her job please next time someone who's paying asking a sandwich related question. If you did not know the proper answer. You should've check the employee handbook guidelines.
Asked of her name she said why? Well to let the company your employed with know you need to use your coping skills beyond the threshold. Also leave your personal life outside there establishment. P.S.
