McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First of all, whenever I order curbside pickup at this location, they never bring your order to the designated parking for order pick up. And this is not just a couple of times that this happened. It’s ALWAYS, whenever I order through the app, either I would tell them “I’m here” and select the number, or sometimes the app would tell me which slot to park at, but in either case they NEVER bring the food out to you. And they always mark the order as complete without any worker coming out. I’ve always had to come in, go to the counter and pick up there. What is the point of curbside pick up?!

Second, I went in here to order Happy Meals for my daughter because she wanted the toys. The toys come in a variety of characters, and we wanted to collect all different kinds. I went in store to order, and asked the cashier if it’s possible to get different kinds of the toy, since we hoped to not get duplicates. She immediately said she will ask her manager, which I thought was odd like I don’t think you need a manager for that? Anyway, so manager comes and he is a Hispanic man that I just saw yelling at one of the workers tending to the drive thru line. He comes to me and I just kindly asked the same thing: “can I get different toys with the 3 Happy Meals I ordered? I just dont want any duplicates, if possible?” OMG this manager responded to me “Listen Ma’am, I’m trying to run a business here. I do not have the time to select toys for you.” Wow really bruh? At that time you were not busy, you have 2 cashiers standing by while customers were ordering on the self-order kiosks. There was no line at the drive thru. It’s not the busiest I’ve ever seen it. And really, you respond to a customer that way, when I very politely asked? The first worker I asked had more manners and customer service than you, Mr...

Fast food junkie here. I eat way too much mcdonalds, and this is by far the worst location I've been to in the whole city, and I've been to a lot. I am basically boycotting this place despite that it's a five minute walk from my apartment even though I eat mcdonalds all the time. The food is consistently terrible (nuggets are often under/overcooked to the point of being inedible), which is an impressive feat considering this is a mcdonalds. Their soda somehow ALWAYS tastes weird, as if it's not carbonated or sweetened properly. They basically let homeless people live inside (many of the same ones are always seated inside), which I wouldn't mind IF they stopped them from constantly panhandling in and immediately around the store. I'm not kidding, fully half the time I eat here I get someone come up to me in the middle of eating to ask for change, which is just not cool. Workers seem pretty efficient, but this place has an absolutely horrendous management that has basically given up on cultivating a minimally pleasant atmosphere for their customers. The place is usually pretty dirty relative to other locations nearby (imagine a high school cafeteria, it's about like that), and it seems like they are always running out of many things on the menu (good luck ever getting chicken strips here). If I could give this McDonald 0 stars I would. this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I only come here because it's the closest to my house but the service is horrible both for dine in and drive-through but for dine in, it's the worst because they will literally ignore you and have you wait for over 10 minutes just to order and they called this place a fast food restaurant haha. What a joke, it took them 20 minutes to give me my breakfast and when I asked them for ketchup, they made me wait another 5 minutes until I left because I was so frustrated about how long they take And they always give attitude here and it doesn't matter that I've complained to the manager, the service keeps getting worse and worse and there is this young African American Girl that works in the morning along with a young Latina girl. If you call them or ask them for help, they will literally ignore you and act like they can't hear you.
