Worst customer service I've ever come across. Not to mention, ironically on national burger day. I attempted to take advantage of the burger sale today with my kids and somehow within 5 minutes of us entering the establishment, they logged out of all registers, closed the store and claimed to be only accepting mobile orders and despite clearly seeing me sitting there inside with 3 children going over what all to order with them, no one felt the need to inform me of any of this for a good 10 minutes, which was when I finally approached the counter to place my order. This all came with THE rudest of attitudes and once I asked for the corporate phone number, then I was offered by some manager that had been apparently hiding far in the back this entire time, the option of ordering through the drive through despite me being on foot and without any wheels. Neither I nor my kids deserve treatment like this once so ever let alone from a so called professional establishment, if they can't treat their customers better, then maybe they should close this location...
Read moreSo tonight I decided to grab a bite to eat at McDonald’s on Crenshaw and Florence at 12:51 am. I made my order checked the screen to see if it was correct and it was, great. I proceeded to the window and I paid. I waited for my food and received it in a timely fashion. However, I know McDonald’s is stingy with their ketchup so they only give you some it you ask for it, soo did. I grabbed my food and left. I moved up so the other car could pay and checked my bag for all my food but I was missing my fries, I was charged for these fries so I went and got in line so I can get them luckily there was only on car. I tap on the glass and the lady at the register says oh sorry we are closed, but online it says the restaurant is 24/7! So she said sorry the grill is off and so is the fryer. She already knew this and purposefully let me leave in hopes of me not noticing the missing item. She offered me 3 oatmeal cookies for her mistake and said she could do...

First off, when we got to the counter the trainee continued to finish our order after every person that spoke to her asking for the managers assistance continuously. I had no problem with this although I’d become slightly impatient. When the order went through we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to arrive when it did we receive our cups (they did increase the size for their delay) only to find out there’s no ice in the ice machine. We went home and checked our bag to find that half of our order was missing. We returned with our concerns and received the rest of our order only to head home and realize we were STILL missing some of our order. As frustrated and hungry as we were, we ate what we were given (also to be noted the food was cold and stiff) and vowed never to endure an experience...
