I told them I wanted a 6 boxes of McNuggets 4 of the boxes regular McNuggets and 2 of the new spicy. They could not wrap their brains around what I meant. So, I even drew a MAP explaining - 4 boxes of 4 = 16 regular and 2 boxes of for equal 8 spicy. I even drew the boxes … they could not comprehend this. I kept saying , ok I want to make sure these are McNuggets and spicy McNuggets Nooo sandwich’s, they can’t eat that. They gave me 8 regular 8 spicy and 2 burgers — yeah even AFTER I drew a map. Then when I called to ask why after we went over and over it (at least 15 min in the line) that they still got it wrong, they had they audacity to blame me for their inability to comprehend basic math. Then hung up on me when I asked them not to be argumentative with me as a customer. Because they kept blaming me for their mistake. I reminded them as a customer to hear the company I go to most nights be argumentative was HORRIBLE customer service and was super inappropriate, they hung up on me. I called for a hour straight (yes I have photos of phone log AND pictures of the food and map) they refused to answer the phone and in essence I feel as this company robbed me. With the prices they charge, to blame customers for their mistakes and the absolute inability to take accountability is grotesque behavior. Especially when it’s coming from managers and their staff. This was an overnight crew and probably felt they wouldn’t be held accountable. If the district manager has ANY integrity, they will absolutely address this and make it...

Read moreThe chicken sandwich was dry and the fries were not even close to crispy. I have very low expectations when I go to McD's and this failed to meet even those.
Granted, this was 8pm at night - not peak hours. I'm pretty sure most people will wait for fresh fries, sometimes that's the best part that makes it all worthwhile.
The person in the speaker also sounded like I was bothering them by being there. I know fast food sucks. I did about two years at a Rally's in Ohio many years ago. If you take it out on your customers, you don't make your job easier; you're just making yourself replaceable faster.
Make the best of the job and you'll take those skills to a better job one day or you'll work your way up the management...
