We came to this restaurant location in between volleyball practices so our daughter could grab a bite to eat. When we approached the first door there was a sign that said “use other entrance” so we walked all the way around the building to the other door which was also locked with the same sign that said “use other entrance”. We knocked on the door and the customers who were inside opened the door. Once inside, the manager said they were closed. It was 7:15 pm and they had a lobby full and a drive thru full of people. So we were confused. We asked where was the closed sign and the manager (they said her name was Sophia) stated “ she didn’t have time for this and was calling the police”. Instead of realizing her mistake of not properly posting a sign and apologizing, she blew us off. We were shocked and angry. First of all she never took the time to talk to us, she immediately grabbed the phone and proceeded to call the police. This was ridiculous! I don’t know if she has a problem with black people or she just didn’t feel like having the lobby open. Again there were no signs posted that they were closed and the manager would not even give us her name or the owners’ information when asked. She is a horrible example of a person in a leadership position. I am a school principal and was appalled by her lack of management skills. She should be reprimanded if not fired for her total disrespect of a customer. Looking at the reviews for this location, the owner needs to make some changes expeditiously!!! Will NEVER purchase from this location again. Burger King is across the street and treated us with dignity and respect!! We also payed this location on our Facebook and Instagram for our followers to NOT patronize this fast food establishment. HORRIBLE...
Read moreI ordered on the mobile app and waited 19 minutes before I cut the drive thru line and asked them for my order. After I gave them the order number she tried to reach my hand to give me the order. I explained I am a quadraplegic I was unable to reach it. The manager did not believe me, i gues because I was driving. I do have very limited movement and requiere assistance to walk. She then told me that if I wanted my order to get out of the car and pick up inside. I repeated again I was a quadraplegic with an unpleasant tone of voice at her. I guess she was ugnorant to the meaning of the quadraplegic worr. An employee came out to gave me the order. After raising my voice at the manager I felt uncomfortable taking anything from them and asked for a refund. The manager said she was unable to refund a mobil order. I told her I would wait there until refunded so I waited maybe another 5 minutes. This is at least 30 minutes after ordering and notifying on the app my parking location. I like that they have to buzz you in to use the bathroom, it keeps random people from going in there just to use restrooms.
Customer service was HORRIBLE I witness a Mexican short lady be extremely disrespectful to a Spanish speaking customer just because he did not know how to use the kiosk she wasn't any different then him other than she speak a little more English than him. I noticed her to that to the Mexican customers but when my husband that's white or the other white people ordered food her attitude changed for sure. Shame on you.
I'm sorry she's out there giving McDonald's a bad name. I am a McDonald's loyal customer but won't be going to that specific location for sure.
