They get the order right pretty much all or most of the time.
I always ask for my fries to be “cooked to order,” so that means I’ll wait if needed. I prefer to wait to get fresh, hot fries. They usually accommodate me in this regard.
I also ask for extra salt on the fries, meaning I want them to use the salt shaker, but not to go totally crazy.
It annoys me when restaurants give me extra packets of salt instead of using the salt shaker to add extra salt to my fries as soon as they’re taken out of the fryer because the salt sticks better to hotter fries. This location doesn’t just hand me extra salt packets; they make an effort to fulfill my requests.
The fries are going to be their hottest when the employees are putting salt on them, not 2 minutes later when I receive the fries (and salt packets, when I’m at lazy restaurants).
Once in a while the employees at this location make a mistake with my order, but we’re all human. I’ve never had a major problem with this location.
I love using the app. I pull into one of the referenced spots for curbside pickup, then I submit my order. I do this so I’ll receive piping hot food—not lukewarm like with delivery.
The app also has seemingly pretty generous rewards and deals.
My only complaint about the app is that since out can read location, it should automatically update my order to the nearest location up until I press the order button or have a setting that allows that as an option.
Because the app doesn’t have that feature, I’ve ordered at a restaurant across town twice, having to abandoned my food once because I didn’t have time to go get it, and I almost did it a third time!
I can’t be the only person who’s done that.
But back to the restaurant: another thing is that all the employees have always been kind and have great attitudes. I know working fast food is stressful. They’re doing a really great job at...

Read moreTerrible experience for the second time this month. Zero structure. I heard my number called and went to the counter and there was no food. Heard my number again, again no food. The young man that rung up my order came to the table and told me my food was up. Went to the counter and no food. Stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes. Finally I asked the manager for my food. She asked "what do you want?" I said my order and she asked me again "what do you want?" I explained one last time as I handed her my receipt she asked again "what do you want?" I said I just want my food. She handed me my food turned around and cursed about me in Spanish. Very rude! I prefer the location on Lomita Bl. and Western. They were having construction being done in the lobby. So I went to this location. I can only compare the 2 locations in my neighborhood and this one is almost...
