Mendocino Farms — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Waited more than ONE HOUR for my single sandwich and side dish ordered online. A full 35 minutes past the time THEY said I should pick it up! This was on a Tuesday night! They've got to get their act together and speed things up. So many workers and so little food was coming out of the kitchen. People were standing everywhere inside because the orders were taking so long. Then, when it finally was ready, they just put it on a shelf--WITHOUT CALLING OUT MY NAME--in a folded bag with the FAINTEST red marker writing on it. Some people got their names called out, so silly me for stupidly LISTENING for my name to be called out like everyone else... a full 35 minutes after THEY said it would be ready. (75 minutes after ordering it) Did they think I was still on my way? Maybe they were shy? My meal was actually sitting there for several minutes before I even knew. 🤬

My Peruvian steak sandwich was "fine." Not much meat really, and several pieces of the sliced beef were fatty or full of gristle. The side dish was pretty good, but very small. I definitely wouldn't waste a full 60 or 70 minutes waiting for this or anything else there again.... especially when you're spending nearly...

Not sure where to start. I guess my fault for not knowing, but I wanted to go to Mendocino Farms for my birthday. I expected a sitdown type restraunt, maybe like Islands....but what I got was a subpar over priced fast food. The table QR didn't work, management or owner was sitting next to us on 2 laptops, some anoying banging was going on in the kitchen to the point manager guy got up and said something. My Farm Club was good, but my dad's Cesar Salad didn't have avocado, was so full of thie supercrap krunchies, he just couldn't enjoy it. They didnt have cups, only 8oz clear cups from grocery store. No soda or low sugar drinks for dibetics, just water and black tea. I was so let down, can't believe a salad and sandwich was $32, with free drinks. Then when we were leaving, looking for the trash, the manager guy said to leave our trays, he would take care of them. Oh, so he WAS the manager/owner. Ordered a chicken parm sandwhich from the Porter Ranch brand new location. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. No it’s not worth the money or the potential heart damage from the sodium bomb. My tongue has a salt burn after 2 bites. Where’s the sesame bun? Not even close to what the menu states or looks like. First photo is of what the menu stated & looked like what I was supposed to get. Honestly I couldn’t finish it, tasted akin to a chicken parm or pasta from dominos (in my imagination) Horrible not worth the money & I am upset with the false advertising total fallacy & waste of money. Take your money & your taste buds to any other sandwhich lunch place and get a whole white meat chicken breast instead of shaved shards for the same price. Hell Jack In The Box Grilled Chicken Sandwhich has a high quality full white meat chicken breast way more protein than this super carb heavy false advertised sandwhich.
