CHICKEN SANDWICH FAKE-OUT! I don't typically eat fast food, but I've been craving one of those dang tasty chicken sandwiches. So, I ordered one from the drive-thru when I was passing by. When I got home, I found they had put 2 chicken strips on a bun and placed that in a chicken sandwich bag. Why not just say, "we're out of stock". The chicken strips were just ok, but the deception reeks of horrible mismanagement. I don't even want to think about what other liberties they take in that kitchen, but a visit from the health inspector would probably be prudent. I reported the incident to corporate. Hopefully, they take it seriously. In any event, I'll be avoiding this location from now on.

had the pleasure of trying the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The flavor was incredible – the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The bun was soft and complemented the sandwich beautifully. On top of that, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making the experience even better. I was also impressed with how quickly my order was prepared – I barely had to wait! Overall, fantastic food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Went to this Popeye’s location on 11/6/19. We really wanted to try this new chicken sandwich everyone has been raving about. We get there and of course there is a line for the drive thru and a longer line inside the store. We proceeded to wait in the drive thru for approximately 35 minutes. When we finally get to the point where we can place our order the lady says sorry you can only purchase two sandwiches per vehicle. Well we clearly had three people in the car and wanted a total of three sandwiches. Confused by the lack of understanding on their part that we had three customers in the car I went into the store to see if they could take care of all three of us. There is clearly a sign posted inside the location that read " Limit 2 sandwiches per customer, Thanks." I asked if the sign says two per customer then why can we not have three sandwiches? The managers response was it was two sandwiches per transaction. I said well thats not what the sign reads which was clearly handwritten and taped to the wall. She said “ she did not care what the sign said the rule is two sandwiches per vehicle. I said “Then why not do two transactions since we have three people that all want to eat and are hungry after waiting 35 minutes. She basically told me NO even though the sign clearly states two sandwiches per person. After her response we decided not to do business with this location and left. I am extremely surprised anyone can run a business in this manner and the franchise owner should really take concern over the matter and fix his or her business. At least have someone outside or a sign outside stating 2 sandwiches per vehicle. To allow people to wait in line for an extended amount of time and then not service all the customers in the car is ridiculous. If a vehicle in the drive thru has two or more people inside the car they should at least sell the amount of food to take care of all their customers visiting their business. The manager was rude and the franchise owner should seriously reconsider who they have representing them and...

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Los Angeles is a Southern delight that had me savoring their mouthwatering sandwiches! Nestled in a bustling city, this restaurant exudes a vibrant ambiance that sets the stage for a flavorful dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the sandwiches; they are an absolute treat! Popeyes offers a delectable array of Southern-style sandwiches, each boasting a perfect blend of spices and hearty fillings. From the savory Cajun Fish to the indulgent Chicken Po' Boy, every bite was a burst of authentic Louisiana flavor that left me wanting more.

But what truly made my visit exceptional was our waitress, Jasmine. Her warm and friendly nature instantly made us feel welcome. Jasmine's knowledge of the menu was commendable, and she guided us through the sandwich options, recommending some hidden gems that we absolutely loved.

As we savored our sandwiches, it became evident that Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was not just another fast-food joint; it was a culinary haven that celebrated the soulful flavors of the South. The dedication to using quality ingredients and the attention to detail in each sandwich preparation spoke volumes about the kitchen's passion for delivering a delightful dining experience.

The restaurant's interior was equally inviting, with its colorful decor and comfortable seating creating a lively atmosphere to enjoy a scrumptious meal.

For anyone seeking a taste of Southern comfort in Los Angeles, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a must-visit. The mouthwatering sandwiches, the exceptional service from waitresses like Jasmine, and the inviting ambiance make it a dining destination that stands out from the rest. Whether you're a fan of Southern cuisine or simply someone looking for a flavorful and satisfying meal, Popeyes will leave you with a happy palate and a desire to...

I was there yesterday 7pm. The lady with blue shirt took my order, was so stupid, I'm assuming she was the manager. After I placed my order, I used the restroom, and it was out of toilet paper and soap. I told this lady wearing a red shirt, named Elizabeth that theres no soap in the restroom and she ignored me. Half an hour latter I tried washing my hands again, and still no soap. I guess she could care less. I saw one employee walked over and used the restroom and since there was no soap, he walked out afterwords without washing his hands with soap. While I was eating my dinner, this is the third time I've been hearing from this employees that they are charging the customers for a sauce. I've been in so many popeyes chickens and never heard anyone charging the customers for a sauce. There was this guy arguing with the cashier for charging for the sauce. It sounds like the owner for this place is a real cheap basterd! Therefore I highly recommend to people not to give a business to this filthy and...
