Went to this Popeye’s location on 11/6/19. We really wanted to try this new chicken sandwich everyone has been raving about. We get there and of course there is a line for the drive thru and a longer line inside the store. We proceeded to wait in the drive thru for approximately 35 minutes. When we finally get to the point where we can place our order the lady says sorry you can only purchase two sandwiches per vehicle. Well we clearly had three people in the car and wanted a total of three sandwiches. Confused by the lack of understanding on their part that we had three customers in the car I went into the store to see if they could take care of all three of us. There is clearly a sign posted inside the location that read " Limit 2 sandwiches per customer, Thanks." I asked if the sign says two per customer then why can we not have three sandwiches? The managers response was it was two sandwiches per transaction. I said well thats not what the sign reads which was clearly handwritten and taped to the wall. She said “ she did not care what the sign said the rule is two sandwiches per vehicle. I said “Then why not do two transactions since we have three people that all want to eat and are hungry after waiting 35 minutes. She basically told me NO even though the sign clearly states two sandwiches per person. After her response we decided not to do business with this location and left. I am extremely surprised anyone can run a business in this manner and the franchise owner should really take concern over the matter and fix his or her business. At least have someone outside or a sign outside stating 2 sandwiches per vehicle. To allow people to wait in line for an extended amount of time and then not service all the customers in the car is ridiculous. If a vehicle in the drive thru has two or more people inside the car they should at least sell the amount of food to take care of all their customers visiting their business. The manager was rude and the franchise owner should seriously reconsider who they have representing them and...

Read moreI was there yesterday 7pm. The lady with blue shirt took my order, was so stupid, I'm assuming she was the manager. After I placed my order, I used the restroom, and it was out of toilet paper and soap. I told this lady wearing a red shirt, named Elizabeth that theres no soap in the restroom and she ignored me. Half an hour latter I tried washing my hands again, and still no soap. I guess she could care less. I saw one employee walked over and used the restroom and since there was no soap, he walked out afterwords without washing his hands with soap. While I was eating my dinner, this is the third time I've been hearing from this employees that they are charging the customers for a sauce. I've been in so many popeyes chickens and never heard anyone charging the customers for a sauce. There was this guy arguing with the cashier for charging for the sauce. It sounds like the owner for this place is a real cheap basterd! Therefore I highly recommend to people not to give a business to this filthy and...
