Noah's NY Bagels — Restaurant in Los Angeles

On my way to work I decided to stop at this Noah's bagels, I was craving a chorizo avocado jalapeño sandwich. I get that they had a couple of customers waiting. But for the number of staff cashiers I would have thought they had everything under control. I arrived at 0644 and left at 0708. Besides the wait time the worst thing for me was the sandwich itself. The bag I was given was dirty with sauce residue and avocado. I thought well I hope at least the sandwich will be good. Well LOL sadly I was wrong. One thing I hate the most is to bite a sandwich that just slips from your mouth due to how soggy and over filled it was. It was gross. I've come to this place before I've been offered better service and better food quality. I thought to myself I should have called and ordered. Well for the past week that I try to call my order, staff just place me on hold for more than 10 mins . Which I honestly do not have the time for that. It will be a while that I come back. My Pregnant wife loves Noah. She had a craving for the Texas brisket sandwich on the website. She gave me a screenshot of it and I headed over. I showed the older gentleman at the register the image with the name. Got two of them plus a different beagle and a coffee. After paying went over to the coffee section to find out that they were empty. Told the same older gentleman that they were out of coffee in return I got a loud and stern response that he would brew some. At the same time, he got all the kitchen staff's attention with his response. A nice lady from the kitchen turns and helps with making the coffee. After receiving my order headed home to enjoy my order just to find out it was the incorrect sandwiches. Didn't want to head back due to it taking fifteen minutes to drive back while having a pregnant crying upset and hangry. This is the first time I have received this type of service from here. I go here at least twice a month to get the grab-n-go...

UPDATED REVIEW: Below this updated content is my original review. I have been going back to this location for a number of times and it would seem they have improved on service accuracy and turnaround times for orders. The food has been consistently good so I am changing my review up two notches. Great work guys!

I usually don't post anything negative for businesses because things can happen on any particular day which doesn't necessarily reflect accurately a business. However at this location they have issues with getting orders right. I get the same thing everytime I'm there and today was the 3rd time they got my order wrong.
