As I walked in, the temperature seemed around 65°at 8:00pm. The cashier was somewhat friendly and attentive. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Take it, at least 5 cars passed by in drive thru. I was the ONLY customer inside at the time. A few other customers came in the restaurant to order to go while I was eating, 2 of which complained about how cold it was. As I sat there, somewhat enjoying my food, a second cashier clocked in to work. Within a few minutes he proceeded to use the restroom. Upon returning as cashier, he began a lengthy conversation with the girl cashier. My issue with that was the use of foul language in EVERY sentence. "What the f", "Who the f", "Shut the f up", etc., etc. A few minutes passed by and a guy walked in(apparently an employee who was off that day). The guy cashier stepped outside with his drive thru headset on and had another "break"(take it he arrived about 20 minutes prior). He was admiring the fellow employee's red Camaro. Out of all this, I can honestly say it seems as if these employees don't have a care in the world regarding customer service, nor any type of responsibility or respect towards their customers or job whatsoever. But hey, I've only done every step of customer service in the restaurant industry for 20 years from cashier to franchisee, so who am I to judge. Good luck with the business, whomever the owner is...but, I sure will not return as a customer. Oh, btw...the BBQ Mix I ordered, the riblet part seemed to have been sitting there quite some time. It was dry, overcooked tasteless and a bit burned. Just saying. I did inform the cashier of being unsatisfied with their service towards customers and the use of foul language being disrespectful towards me as I sat there trying to enjoy my food. She seemed to have understood...I hope so, for the good of...
Read moreBeing new to the area I Walked in and placed an order too eat there, I was told by Rachel the young lady who took my order, it would take 10 minutes to cook the fish I ordered, my ORDER was bagged and placed on the counter, I told the other young lady that it was a for here ORDER, she went to look at the ticket as if I wasn't telling her the truth, and said oh yeah it is, then reached for the tray to place my food on it, i said never mind I thanked them and left. I got home fish wasn't cooked all the way, a bit slimy in the center. The frying grease had to be dirty by the look of the fish, and possibly to High on temp. And was the fish even temp BEFORE serving it? the rice was warm not hot. The Cole slaw? Was it suppose to be hot, warm or cold? Oh and that front door needs a real good scrubbing with some sanitizing agent. Something from ECO. LAB. would be good. Will I be back...

The beef Teri, was more like Leather teriyaki, in fact it was so hard I gave myself a headache trying to chew it.
The chicken was just as tough and unappetizing. I paid $16, for Leather beef with nerves and chicken that was so hard that it didn't seem like it was a bird.
The two broken up pieces of cabbage were pretty soggy and the rice was not the good kind and lastly the Mac salad, was okay but it was about 2 tablespoons and that was it!
If your craving good Hawaiian food try anyplace else but here. . If you look at my profile I don't leave bad reviews so this is my first I believe and what a disappointment . I know for a fact I would never return to this place EVER AGAIN. Its a good thing I prayed for my food before I ate some of it.
Bon...
