I live down the street from this Taco Bell and have not eaten here in literally years. My Neighbor got food poisoning eating here, so I just stopped eating here since then... Decided to go by tonight and have a late dinner.. Stood at the register for 5 minutes no one said a word to us, such as “someone will be with you” or nothing like that... Finally, I asked if this register closed since we were ignored.. The witch in the back had the audacity to say “we are busy” with an attitude. Okay, so you’re too busy to say someone will be with you shortly? Of course you’re busy. This is a freaking fast food joint! Not to mention there were no one at the drive-through as we walked in. We crossed over the drive through and no one else was in line to order but us. No reason to have people standing around looking stupid when you can acknowledge them and let them know you will take their order as soon as possible. Never will I ever go to this Taco Bell again. In factly, never will I ever visit another Taco Bell! I don’t even normally eat this type of fast food... But I’m glad I did not end up spending my money here. We went elsewhere to eat.

A Middle-of-the-Road Experience at Taco Bell Taco Bell has always been a go-to fast-food option for me when I'm looking for something quick and affordable. However, my recent visit left me with a mixed impression, leading to a three-star review. Firstly, the convenience and affordability of Taco Bell remain unmatched. Their menu offers a wide variety of items at wallet-friendly prices, making it a solid choice for a quick meal on a budget. The value for money is undeniable. On the flip side, the quality of the food has been somewhat inconsistent. While I've enjoyed some of their items, there have been occasions when the tacos were disappointingly soggy or the ingredients lacked freshness. Consistency in food quality is an area where Taco Bell could improve.

Order tacos plain and they made them wrong plus tacos were broken, tried calling no one answers. Cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there. And asked if we wanted sauce and didn’t even give us what we asked for. Also asked for a nacho cheese cheesy gordita chunch and was given a regular cheesy Gordita crunch

I visited this location recently , My family and I are frequent customers. I am writing this review to vouch for the Taco Bell employees as I was a witness to an injustice to them. I placed a very large order because it is 8 of us. We received our order in two separate parts. Apart from that they had drive thru customers when our order was taken. We received our first part and as we were waiting for our second part of our order, a customer walks in. A little background regarding the employees the three cooks were only Spanish speaking, the cashier was the only one that talked English as well as the manager, it seems the manager was on break when the incident occurred. The customer waited a couple of minutes and proceeded to ask “Are you guys open?” In a very demanding manner. The English speaking cashier was at the drive thru and the two Spanish speaking cooks did not respond because their english was broken. The customer was getting impatient and the cook said “We’re busy right now, she’ll take your order right now” I do agree with the customer that a customer shouldn’t be addressed to as “we’re busy right now” but I just felt bad because she was just trying to communicate with her and the customer got very offended. She proceeded to say “Let’s go somewhere else”. So she left. The same customer walks in with her phone out and demands for the name of the cook, no one responds to her. She said “What’s her real name?” The English speaking cashier seemed very non confrontational and shy, so she kept on taking orders on the drive thru monitor. The manager overheards the incident and she got up and said “ Her name is ** what’s going on?” The customer explains the situation briefly, and the manager responds to her. The customer was not having it so she again, exited the Taco Bell. A few minutes pass by and once again the same customer walks in and processed to take pictures of the employees and manager which is a complete violation to their privacy, as it was non consensual. I found it very disrespectful of her to do that. I have contacted customer service and the district manager that I know personally. (Because I go there often) Because It just did not sit...
