Palihouse Lobby Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Nice decor and pleasant music but poor service. In my opinion service is very important. I was there during the day. I waited 20 minutes for menu and finally need to walked and took it by myself. I ordered sushi. It was served without soya sauce. I did not received any bowl for soya sauce neither. I saw that other guests received bowls. So, it must have been an oversight. Waiters are not well trained. They are neither nice nor polite. Do not smile at all. They do not care about customers satisfaction. A very cute bar to wind down at the end of a long travel day when visiting LA.

The decor is beautiful, the bartenders are excellent (Tara was deff my fave!) and the pizza/wine Wednesdays deal was amazing!

The bar in the morning is also a very nice cafe with the best Date Shake!
