I was really unhappy with the communication and customer service

I probably like the frame, I didn't unwrap it yet

But I experienced so so so much frustration trying to come pick it up because I couldn't find this store online through any of my searches, nor did I have any text, or voicemail to remind me what the store name and location were, or the opening hours

I was called once to let me know the frame was ready I and never heard from them again

All I had to track them down was my receipt, which is lost

No email No text No voicemail No followup

In 2024 (where we basically are) and for the price point they operate at (not cheap) I expect more in the way of communication, basic web presence and follow through.

So my recommendation is if you’re not super familiar with the location, or don’t have an extremely excellent memory for store exact location and hours of operation, make sure you hold onto your receipt or you’ll probably never get to pickup...

I am very happy with my experience at the Frame Store. We recently bought a new condo and had more space to add art; once the collection was complete, I realized I wanted a number of pieces framed. Ed was able to provide pretty comprehensive quotes using a document describing the detailed dimensions and with photographs of each piece I sent him. The prices were very reasonable and the timeline for delivery very easy. Ed was very accommodating and patient and willing to answer a number of questions. We were so happy after the first wave that I ended up framing a number of other pieces. In the end, we did all our work with Custom Frame Store and are very happy we did. Also, the store follows COVID procedures with employees masked and distancing required - very happy that they follow those procedures as I would not have gone otherwise.
