Jamba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I came here after the gym and craved smoothies. I was hyped when I saw they have new options for boba since a big franchise like Jamba Juice to adapt and added to their menu, this is a big deal. So I wanted to try out, and oh no! It's terrible! I don't know how to explain it, but I throw it out right away from my mouth after I bite it. It was a weird feeling and texture since it's not chewy and hard to explain.

Also, the drink was too sweet, so I asked to change it to less sweet and no boba this time. Thank God I did! The guy who took my order nicely made me a new one, and it got better with the flavor.

I gave two stars because the girl who made the smoothies was rude and unfriendly and just rolled her eyes at clients and hated her job or something—heavy feelings standing there, and def will not come back to...

Everytime I go to Jamba I order the same thing - Large Orange Dream Machine, no sherbert all frozen yogurt with a whey protein boost. The whey boost expands the smoothie so there is always some left over. Every other Jamba gives me the leftovers in a small cup. At this Jamba in mid city, the black gentleman with the glasses sitting in his nose, says they don’t do extras. He asks me at which Jamba do they give me the extras. I replied La dear, Torrance, Inglewood. He says they’re not supposed to do that and proceeds to wash the leftovers down the sink. Rude staff , came here a few times and never liked the drinks or the staff. What is management doing during the hiring process ? Hiring friends?! They made my drink the wrong order , had an attitude when I told them and once again could not taste the peanut butter in my drink !!!!!!!!!

Mold in freezer which is disgusting and I don’t appreciate staff acting like helping customers is not their job !

Get new staff and clean your freezers !
