Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Rude service, I went around 8pm The girl there first started my order I got the bigger plate they were low on everything, then Bryan H took over with my order, he started to ask what items I wanted and they didn't have enough so they had to make more and it was going to be a wait. Which was OK, he only asked the first two items then walked away to help other people. So when he was done I told him that my combo has 3 items and he only asked about 2 and that the third one I wanted was low too, so I was letting him know so he can let them know to start making it along with the other items. Then he responded with an attitude I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER. I don't know what the attitude was for I was trying to let him know, so they can start making it. Then when my food was ready he waves at me to let me know it's ready. He started to bag up my order and I told him that it was for here not to go. And he responded again with an attitude I ASKED YOU BUT YOU WERE ON YOUR PHONE. I am trying to save them the bag because I'm going to eat there and I don't want to be wasteful and throw the bag away. And if I was on my phone then I never told him that it was to go. I don't understand why Bryan H has such an attitude. Maybe he should look for another job, because food service and customer service is clearly...

Who doesn’t like Panda? Love the fact that there’s an healthy alternative. Got 1/2 brown rice, 1/2 super greens. For topping I got teriyaki chicken without the sauce. It’s a quick yet healthy option. They also have honey sesame chicken breast and it’s delicious but not the healthiest option since it’s fried. If they have eggplant tofu I always get it but sadly this branch doesn’t make it.

Also ask for their hot sauce if you like sriracha! It’s the closest thing to sriracha and with the shortage, I always ask for it when I do a take out.

I especially like this branch since the decor is prettier and it’s a lot cleaner than most Panda....

This is a new location Santa Monica Blvd. & Vine I walked in last Night I have to say whoever is running this place comes from the heart I myself worked in five star hospitality hotels was trained with the best I’ll drop one name the Ritz Carlton this is how I felt when I walked in this place they Will definitely succeed at this location as you know I’m all over Los Angeles rating restaurants this is just not your average customer service this is above and beyond I would expect you would have the same experience lots of seats beautiful environment open facilities great food but most of all you’ll feel welcome !!...
