The Kluckin’ Chicken - Hollywood — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just went there like literally not 10 minutes ago and the worker that is there right now is so freaking nice. It’s 1:35 AM. He is so nice from the time I walked in till the time I went back in to pick up my order, he’s the sweetest person ever. OK just getting to this chicken wing. These chicken wings are so good. They called mini wings. They are delicious. I have mine in medium. The fries are hand cut I think but they’re really thick crinkle fries. The seasoning on them are bomb. They have this clicking sauce. It’s like a smoky barbecue ranch fire. 🔥 their mac & cheese is whatever it doesn’t give off real mac & cheese not saying it’s supposed to be like homemade because it a fast casual restaurant, but the cheese is not cheese in. I feel like they use not cheese that stringy. They need to act like shredded cheese in their mix and that will make their mac & cheese good because the flavor is there. It’s just no cheese I will be back to try more...

Quantity flavor 😢

Huge tenders! I ordered the five tenders w slaw and fries combo. The tenders are huge and juicy! If you want quantity, this is the place.

Unfortunately the flavor is a bit disappointing- I ordered the hot and the rub was only on one side (maybe because I asked for it to be not too hot??). More importantly, there was very little flavor - no spiciness, saltiness… nothing…. even on the one side with the rub. I wanted that Nashville hotness and it was just sorta soggy chicken pieces… :( I don’t like to compare but I had Dave’s yesterday - they were more expensive for the quantity but way more satisfying…

Same goes for the slaw - it’s crunchy and fresh but no flavor! It honestly tasted a bit rag-like, I couldn’t have more than one bite.

Was passing by on my way home from a long day of work and saw this place and almost made the mistake of passing it up. So glad I didn't. I got the loaded fries with medium heat and it was just enough spice for me. It's not on the menu the medium heat option but it's an option fyi.. Nice atmosphere Great customer service and awesome food. The loaded fries are enough for 2 people too. I had fries many ways.. I gotta say this one is new to me but I really liked it.. as for the customer service I was helped by Roland. He was very nice. I saw the side dishes and saw the Mac and cheese and ordered it but I felt guilty since I was dining alone and my doctor already is on me to eat better so I said I was going to pass off on the Mac and cheese but he hooked me up so I can try it.. fire. Only problem I'll have here next time will be to get the fries again or the tender meal...
