Now I’m not one to complain, but I was really frustrated by the service here. I had a free meal because my order last time was messed up. When I ordered I told the cashier, Destiny, that I actually had a free meal. She asked me if I knew the name of the manager I talked to. I didn’t remember the name, and so she went on to tell me that since I didn’t know the name of the manager that I was going to pay. Now it’s fine if I needed to pay at the end of the day, but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I told her look I have a free meal I can give you the name if you would like. She was like no just insert the card. I didn’t know if she heard me do to the mask, so I raised my voice slightly to tell her that they had taken down my name and to tell them I had a free meal. The cashier (named earlier) then said “you need to stop raising your voice at me”. I was completely thrown off by this. I was there because someone messed up my order and I just wanted to claim my free meal but this lady who has been incredibly rude to me then tells me I’m the one who was at fault. The shift leader (I’m assuming) named Aria (I think) did a great job and was so kind and offered to help out by finding out if the manager I had spoken to put my name in the book. Now the cashier then goes on in front of my face tell the other employees who were working beside her (and the manager) that I was being rude to her. I apologize if my voice was loud, I assumed she couldn’t hear me and I could see how the beginning part of this interaction may have been a misunderstanding, but that is no excuse for her to tell other employees in front of my face how rude I was and how I raised my voice at her. The shift leader helped me find my name and sorted things out. After I left I said thank you, and the cashier didn’t say anything and just stared at me. I’m not expecting a free meal or any compensation as I already got the free meal for something based on a food-related issues. This is a customer...
Read moreFood is not already prepared. You order and you have to wait about 20 minutes for it to be cooked standing around. Meanwhile employees are being served food while the customers are left waiting. There are more employees eating food at the tables than there are customers. The customer should be the priority of who gets to eat first and not the employees. Employees should probably be not eating in the same location as the customers to I least not give the impression that the employees have more worth than the costumers. Every time I come here all the employees are doing are sitting at the tables eating and chatting away. I ordered half vegetables and half chow mein. I basically got about two pieces of broccoli with a bunch of chow mein noodles piled up on top of it. It certainly was not half and half but about 90% noodles. Napkin dispensers are not even filled and you have to wait another 10 minutes for someone to fill the napkin containers. Absolutely horrible customer service. If you want to grab a bite to eat before seeing a movie in the same mini mall, most likely you're going to miss start...
Read moreIncredibly rude and disregarding big lady line worker. This occurred today at around 6 o clock where I asked for black pepper angus steak and white rice but the steak was out and I was okay with waiting. I waited around 18 minutes which I had no problem with, but the utter disregard of my bowl when I noticed that steak had been refilled well over a while ago considering there was now a little portion left after people had been coming in and ordering, yet I was never once called to pick up my bowl that I was waiting on. When I asked what happened to my bowl showing the receipt to the same line worker that told me to wait for the steak originally, didn’t even apologize, much less make eye contact with me. She even proceeded to make it incorrectly with the wrong side before I had told her that wasn’t apart of my bowl and when she was finished she just slid my bowl across the glass in a rude way with the little portion of the steak that was left. I saw she had no problem communicating and chatting very much with her coworkers, so I wonder what made this part of her job...
