Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Every time we try to give this location a chance, we always end up regretting it. We got the Parmesan Crusted Papadia and Pizza special last night and it was the worst food we have ever had from them. There were so many bubbles on the actual pizza, not the crust, that there were huge empty spots all over the pizza with no sauce or cheese and no toppings. It looked disgusting. I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone could look at that pizza and actually serve it to a customer. And the papadia had NO CHEESE ON THE OUTSIDE AT ALL. It was supposed to be a PARMESAN CRUSTED PAPADIA which we paid $1 extra for - the regular one costs $15.00 and we paid $16.00 but there was no Parmesan on the outside. We have had this from another locations so we know what it’s supposed to be like. We also paid $3 extra for the Epic Stuffed Crust as the pizza in the special, so it was $19.00 before tax and the pizza was so terrible we didn’t even finish it. These people are the worst pizza makers I have ever seen at any Papa John’s location anywhere. I did not call and complain like I usually have to do when I order from this location because I’m not interested in a replacement and constantly getting refunds every time I order from there is getting old. PLEASE JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY AND AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. The Little Caesar’s at Lankershim and Erwin next to Superior is seriously one of the best pizza places in this area. Did a phone order. But pick up at the store in N. Hollywood my order was ready. But I ask for all flats on my wings order the young lady said to me when I looked at my we give someone else your order. But I can give you (3) more pieces and it will be flats I said ok had to wait for 10-12 minutes. Now my pizza is cold 🤨 I go back to the store to get my order and it had six pieces of chicken. It is supposedly very good, but I have a bad taste in my mouth because I ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and the other cheese, the pizza did not arrive at my apartment, the driver did not have the courtesy to talk to me on the cell phone and The pizza stayed in another department, I had to eat it cold because I was hungry but when I opened the box there were some bitten chili peppers.
