This is the second time I have ordered delivery off the app and did not receive tracking information. I live in apartment complex that is complicated to get into, and for some reason the GPS always takes them to a different place. The first time I had an issue with the delivery off the app, it took two hours for me to receive my order. The delivery driver went to a whole other address and did not want to admit that he put in the address wrong. There was also a language barrier. On top of that, I did not even receive tracking information so there was no way for me to see if my order was out for delivery or not. When I called the phone number to receive my order status it says that my order has been received and will be delivered in “some minutes” whatever that means. Because that is not enough information, I tried to call the management extension for the store to receive an update. The first time this happened, when I would call the manager extension , somebody would pick up the phone and then hang up. So then I would call the number to make a new order and then ask the status of my current order and they would transfer me to the same extension and the same thing would happen. I wouldn’t have not gotten my order that first time if the delivery guy did not call my phone, a hour and a half later after I made the order on the app, to ask me where I was. At this point he had realized he was at the wrong address. This time, whenever I would call the manager extension it would disconnect. It would do the same thing when I would call to make a new order. It would just disconnect. So I tried calling from another phone number this time and my call went through to the new order extension, where they transferred me to the management extension and then it disconnected again. I now had to drive all the way to the store just to get a refund on my order because there was no way for me to track the order or communicate with anyone. This is terrible...
Read moreWhen I ordered an extra large pizza with cheese sticks, the order was completed incorrectly without the sauces being included and so I contacted the driver if he had any sauces that he responded that he was just given the order he was given and that there was nothing else in the bag. He told me to call the location which I did; one of the employees confirmed my order saying that he will send another driver over with the appropriate sauces. 45 minutes went by with the food getting cold, the sauces still had not arrived so I called the location again. Another employee picked up the phone saying that my order was not placed there. I asked to speak to the manager in which he replied with that he was not there anymore and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.
This is the most atrocious experience I have ever had with any pizza service company ever. I will never order from this location of Papa John's ever again with this level of service and ineptitude of fulfilling a straightforward order...

The woman at the front on the register on 8/10 at night had a terrible attitude; spent the interaction rolling her eyes and speaking condescendingly. Online the 2 large two topping pizza allow for an additional topping without issue and applies the promotion of $13.49 each. They charged $67.41 for 1 large two topping pizza, 1 large 3 topping pizza, and 1 large one topping pizza. Online the price was $43.77 ($13.49 + 13.49 + 10.99 + cost for additional topping + taxes) How are they charging incorrectly and have the audacity to be rude and refuse to process a refund despite the pizzas being returned untouched? All they offered was a store credit or to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager. Who has the time for that? No one wants to deal with their terrible customer service again.
