Don't order from this place! Absolutely horrible - I placed an order on Wednesday April 16 at 1:07pm for 28 sandwiches for a bday party I was having that Saturday April 19. I spend $200 and got the confirmation my order was received and to head to the cashier on Saturday to pick up the order. On Saturday, my husband goes on time to pick up the order and they told us they dont have our order - they were so rude. We showed them proof of the confirmation and the girl goes "oh well I see the order came through at 3am, there's no way we can make that". Clearly that was incorrect as we showed her proof we made the order 4 days prior, and told her we have 30 people coming in less than an hour. They refused to help us knowing it was their mistake and then I got an email stating order came in at 3am. See screenshot below! The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help us, knowing we had a party with guests coming is all i need know about this business. They can't even own up to their mistake or try to make it right. I used to come here all the time, but I won't anymore!

I stopped by here because I took my wife next door to Western Bagel and then she wanted her Chai latte from Paris Baguette. My wife loves their Chai Latte so since we were next door, she couldn't resist. We came in the early morning so they were not busy at all. Finding parking in the plaza this place is in was easy but exiting is the hardest part because many cars are trying to make a left turn onto Ventura. When we walked in, my wife was able to put in her order for the Chai Latte right away and they made the drink quick compared to the Northridge location. I looked at their pastries options and they looked good but I was already full. I also looked at their cakes and macrons and they have some good selection. We ate our bagel from next door inside here and it's a relaxing environment.

Brand new location in Woodland Hills. Lots of ppl appreciate the new location b/c there’s not that many around the area and in K-Town you have to pay parking or the long commute so it’s great for this community to be able to access & enjoy this bakery. Love seeing diversity in clientele & that everyone can enjoy it. Nice interior design & great options. My favorite is the Mochi Donuts & the sandwich’s, which can be toasted, just ask for it kindly. Favorite drink is Matcha Latte & they have milk options too if you’re lactose intolerant. Birthday cakes are special & look unique, they are very aesthetically pleasing, & great to share with friends & family.

Let me start by saying this. Honestly I have never been to this place all of my experiences have been through delivery orders. The first time I ever ordered from this place it was so good and decently priced I was very excited to find a new little cafe/bakery that makes good quality products. I ordered a few weeks later and wondered what happened. I assumed they had a really stressful day or they were busy or whatever (as someone who works customer service specifically at a coffee shop I understand those days) so I didn’t really think much of the fact that my order was completely wrong. I didn’t throw a fit because there are bigger problems in the world you know? So, being one of my favorite little gems to order from.. I gave them another chance this morning! I had a craving for it. I ordered my usual sandwich, pastry, and coffee. I also ordered my vegetarian partner an egg salad sandwich and a pastry. Not only did they give me the wrong sandwich but they also gave me a chicken salad sandwich instead of egg salad. So, not only did I not get the sandwich I ordered but my partner who doesn’t eat meat couldn’t eat their sandwich. The pastry my partner ordered was also wrong. So this entire order was a bust. I may be nit picking here because of the other issues but the coffee I ordered was also not great. Now keep in mind I also make coffee for a living and serve it to sometimes ungrateful people. I’m not typically one to complain unless it’s horrible. With that said the coffee looked like it was thrown together. There were 3 separate layers. Syrup, milk, espresso. Now, I have functioning hands.. I can stir but it was just kind of the icing on the cake. You know? I want to experience this place in person because you always have more control over the situation if you’re doing that but I pack delivery orders of food and drinks all day… there are so many ways to avoid this type of situation. I’ve noticed the leadership at this location tends to be responsive and actually reads these so I have a suggestion. If you’re out of something there are a handful of options you can choose from to handle the situation. 1. (This only works if you’re able to directly reach out to the person who ordered if not then disregard) call the person who ordered and tell them you’re out of the thing they ordered ahead of time. That level of customer service will improve your reviews and numbers so much more than you’d think. 2. Wait until the delivery driver comes to pick up the order and have them reach out to the person who ordered to let them know you’re out of the items they ordered. 3. (And this is arguably the most overlooked but BEST option if the others don’t work) WRITE. A. NOTE. Seriously. As a customer if I had gotten just a little “sorry! We’re out of these things! :(“ note or something like that I wouldn’t have even written this entire book of a review. I promise I am not trying to deter anyone from going to this establishment. They just need some serious training on customer service, communication, quality control, or all...

My recent visit to Paris Baguette in Woodland Hills was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I entered the bakery, I was greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked goods. The warm and inviting ambiance, along with the friendly staff, created a pleasant atmosphere that enhanced my experience.

The pastries at Paris Baguette are truly exceptional. Each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures. The croissants were flaky, buttery, and simply melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The macarons were a delightful balance of sweetness and lightness. I was also impressed by the variety of pastries available, showcasing the bakery's commitment to quality and innovation.

The customer service at Paris Baguette Woodland Hills was outstanding. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. They made recommendations based on my preferences and provided helpful insights into their menu. Their passion for their craft was evident in their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm. Let me start out by saying the pastries we got from here were good, but I’ve had better. It was the way they treated us and the horrible experience we had that renders this rating, though. At the register, after ringing in our order, they told us that their espresso machine was not working, so they could only serve coffee or tea. I ordered a coffee and my mom and I sat down. 15 min through I still couldn’t drink the coffee because it was a scorching hot. My mom went to get an empty cup from the front, and the manager made an exorbitant ordeal, not allowing her an empty cup. My mom explained why she needed it, and assured her we weren’t sharing (which, even if we were, we paid for it already) I just needed an empty cup to split it into so it cooled off enough that I could actually enjoy it with my pain au chocolat. They still refused, saying we could use a plastic water cup (clearly they aren’t versed on the detrimental effects of pouring hot liquid into cheap plastic). When we got upset, the owner had the audacity to call my mom a “crazy woman” because we told them this was not the way to treat customers. Astounded at the display of utter rudeness, pettiness and misogyny all in just a 20...
