I don’t know the name of dish but I absolutely love the one with tapioca noodles and thick soup. It’s very different from others I've tried—lots of seafood and quail eggs, which make it stand out. One day, I went in and ordered the same dish. It was so delicious that I finished it all and wanted to take the leftover soup home, but I was too embarrassed to ask. After I complimented the food, the super charming owner asked if I wanted the soup to go. I was so happy and immediately said yes. She came back with a bag and even gave me extra noodles so I could enjoy it again later. She truly knows customer service! I had the Vietnamese beef noodle soup (pho). The beef was tender and flavorful yet not overpowering. The broth was perfect, not too salty and full of all the right spice. I said wouldn't it come from the same spot of soup? She said yes but we weren't going to eat anything made in their kitchen. We had not eaten anything so we stood up and left.
