Yesterday , i went there , my friend and i went out to take our dog for a walk i had craving for Oreo shake , so i went inside and my friend was outside. The girl who took my order she was really cold with her behavior , rude like she doesn’t like her job, i mean plz be nice with customers , i said do i need to wear mask , she said she still doesn’t get the green light but people where sitting inside and were eating and she could ask for my vaccination card( i have photo in my phone) but this girl showed me attitude for no reason. She said this is your number i went out i was latterly near to the door i saw my order on the counter but i didn’t get any beep , i went out i ask to the girl (this time there was another girl ) that is this my order she saw the number and said yes. I said i didn’t get any beep she checked but didn’t even say sorry then she didn’t give me straws and went inside i asked her could i plz get straws , same girl came out and gave me straws. I mean why this behavior with customers, if customers won’t come how you guys get pay. If u don’t like customer service or you don’t like to work in habit burger go get some another job and enjoy , let the customer enjoy there food in habit , those type of employees ruin restaurant name. For those two girls , find some other job if u can’t handle customers who doesn’t even say anything bad to you, and change your behavior that will help u in your future. Read moreUnfortunately, a lot went wrong upon ordering from The Habit. Called to order over the phone, but before getting to talk to someone, the system would error with "invalid entry, try again." Successfully ordered pick up through a third party service. Upon arrival, their doors were sealed shut. Sign said to use drive-thru. The line was dangerously out of the parking lot and into the road, so I decided to cancel the order. After a long drawn out explanation of why I was cancelling, the third party service followed protocol and gave them a call. They also, could not get a human on the line. After receiving a refund, still hungry, I decided to give their drive-thru a chance, knowing very well I should have given up. Food received was incorrect, with wrong and/or missing toppings. Read moreMy grandma and i went here last night and ordered a custom sandwich and the first time we went trough the drive through they got our oder wrong. understandable stuff like that happens all the time. we return it and get our other bag. we get home again and its the same exact oder we get the first time. we drove there again but both us and the workers were paying attention to what they were putting in the bag. they got the sandwich wrong again but fixed it immediately. other than all the ordering mistakes and miss understandings they were being nice even when my grandma got a little fed up and the food was good. they let us keep the wrong orders and they did get eaten but it can be annoying and stressful when you’re trying to order for a picky eater who goes into distress easily. i will miss the stars that was there before it and i hope the workers learn to be more careful so other people don't go through the same...
