Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well I call places on my was home a lot, mostly dominos and recently papa jons and usually call 15-20 min ahead to get it piping hot for pick up, the line was busy and by the time the answered I was dealing with trying to get around their delivery cars blocking the way...

Already annoying, I just wanted one medium and wanted to try the stuff crust, only applicable in a large pizza, with only the pizza with cheese being stuff crust it's basically $18, now I'm use to paying getting two large two topping pizzas with delivery for about that much, but now I have to pay $1.25 per topping, I'm a business guy I get sometimes you charge more when you bring more value so I asked the guy who answered my phone call, who had me on hold, and apparently the only guy behind the register, "you guys charge a deal more than the competitors in the area, what are you doing differently to justify the cost?" He didn't know, so I asked him "so for all I know this is the same pizza I'd get anywhere else?" He didn't know how to respond but basically said yeah...

So here I am waiting twenty minutes as I'm prepared to give the pizza the opportunity to speak for itself, but with the understaffed phone and counter help, and the one girl I see actually making pizza, and the lack a customer service training, I have to admit I feel like I made a bad call... I don't blame the register guy, that girl looks like she's working hard, and the drivers don't seem to have any concern about their parking, I'm very disappointed with the management.... over worked, no regulation, I don't predict coming back here basically because I don't want to support a business that takes so little care of its people, but let's see if the pizza changing my...

I have gone to this location many times while residing down the street on Van Nuys to ensure that when I get my order I can get it home while somewhat still hot. The female manager has been a problem here. VERY RUDE. One visit she didn’t give me back proper change and claimed she did. That it was so inappropriate I don’t know how she still has her job. The pizza is ALWAYS burnt looking. The very last time I came in here the guy that was in charge was very kind and had people/food business savvy. He was showing sry brand new female employee how to work the system on placing orders and was very patient. That was a very new atmosphere to walk into. I also believe the last time I went in, another set of employees seemed new and were also nice. People don’t wanna order food when employees have major attitude and seemingly DO NOT like their positions given to them for Pizza Huts outtake responsibility. They do take the EBT card for people who have hot meals on their cards. No one should ever be “embarrassed” by ever using this card. Food is a daily ritual we should never be ashamed of eating. Soda are extremely expensive here. There are other options around this location that are not so expensive. Delivery is also very expensive for the area that this Pizza Hut is in. The location always seems clean inside. Outside there are few homeless people but they are NEVER a bother. I’ve just had issues on more than 3 occasions with a Latina female manager who is truly a nightmare to deal with. I really hope they gave her the boot because if they didn’t they have or will lose a LOT of business due to her poor people skills and not knowing how to be...

I love pizza hut but i ordered for delivery last night 09/04/16 specified how i wanted my pizza extra well done toasted and requested cheese & pepper because if ot's not requested they won't give it to you with your order i finalized my order and i was told my pizza would arrive in 30 min mind you i placed my order at 10:45 pm 11:30 still no pizza i called pizza hut to follow up they said the driver had just left my order was on it's way i asked the girl who helped me if i was getting a fresh hot pizza she said yes it had just came out the oven ok 11:45 driver shows up hands my order i asked for the cheese & pepper he looks at the receipt and says i never placed the request i said yes he handed me the food walked over to his car to see if he had some ok that was 1 i checked the pizza it was cold the cheese was semi already dry NO WHERE NEAR WELL DONE my wings were room temperature and my garlic rolls we plain cold NEVER AGAIN I am so dissapointed and i only live 5 min away from them no way in that time the food cooled...
