LA Autentica Birrieria is known for the birria ramen dish, I think. Or at least that is how I noticed them. I haven't tried the ramen yet because when I went, I was specifically craving some tacos.

Birria style is a close cousin to barbacoa. It is packed with flavor and is commonly used to simmer beef and goat. Birria tacos often come with a side of the consume/broth. The broth here had at least a tacos worth of meat swimming in it. I used it to dunk my crispy tacos in it, like a beef dip sandwich and when I ran out of tacos, I drank the rest of the meaty broth.

This is the kind of LA taco experience this city is known for. They pull up their truck to the same spot every day and have gathered a loyal following. Who needs a brick and mortar! They had some picnic tables set up so I dove in right after I received my order.

2020.09-20/SUN_1000; ALREADY a line for this place so you KNOW it's good! We ordered so much! Two mulitas - one made with birria and the other asada. Four queso tacos - two birria and two asada. Then four tacos Dorado - two birria and two asada.

I want to touch base on the smell of the delicious food from this place. It's entirely different. It's life your grandmother's house. Just the aroma alone from walking out of the room and back in, will make you speechless.

The mulitas MELTED IN MY MOUTH. I've had a lot of mulitas from other places and you know, they're okay but not like this! I ADORE their tortillas here. You can taste the homemade goodness coming from these tortillas. SO FREAKING GOOD. I can't even say enough about the quality and deliciousness of their food. It was so good that we inhaled all of our food! The tacos Dorado had the best light and crispy tortilla and it was stuffed! The queso tacos were the same! All of it! Just goodness in your mouth!

You definitely have to try them yourself! We arrived at 9:45 and got in line at 10 and there was already a line! One word for this place: fire....

My friend highly recommended this place for their birrieria tacos so we finally came here to grab lunch. We parked at the Target parking lot close to the truck and we came at a good time since there was no line. I got 3 Carne asada quesatacos and 1 birria res quesatacos, my friend said to also ask for the consome Carne as well which is the soup. The food didn't take long to come out and they will announce your number in Spanish. They have a PA system as well for people who won't hear their number. I was asked if I wanted red or green sauce in Spanish as well but when she didn't get a response from me so she asked again in English. I got the red sauce to eat with my taco. I thought the Carne quesatacos were okay but I didn't like the birria res. The red sauce was alright to me as well and has a kick to it. I plan on taking my wife here later just for...
