QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Honestly embarrassing how the quality of service has completely dropped this school year. The quality of the food is the same but the workers are just terrible. Lines are incredibly long because they have no sense of urgency or simply have no idea how to do their job. Woman who I think is the manager just stands there even if there is only one person working at the counter when she could be 100x more useful. This has to be one of the easiest food service jobs and somehow the new workers can't handle it. An employer should be more aware of the work ethic the people they are giving...

Listen, I have been to qdoba in EVERY state I go to (Nevada, Utah, New York, Texas, Florida, California, etc.) and this is the WORST one I have been to. I drive at least 1hr and 30 mins away to get it and the staff just makes me not want it unless I go to Pomona or out of state. I’m so sad that they closed majority of the shops unless it’s at a college🥺 I’ve even tried going to the military base one instead of this location. I was that desperate lol the taste is still flavorful, it’s just the service is horrible. OPEN UP MORE QDOBA OFF COLLEGE CAMPUSES IN SOUTHERN...

Always forget things in orders, misleading info about what is included on bowls, when you go back after delivery orders they charge you for something that is shown on the app as included. Constantly out of everything but doesn’t communicate this so I regularly do not get additions I pay for, especially veggies. The bowls and burritos are mostly rice. Would not go here or order from here if it was not on campus.
