Would give 0 stars if I could. There were 2 workers, a dark-skinned woman with glasses and a man with greying hair. NEITHER of them knew how to do anything. We ordered 4 drinks, went to Dunkin Donuts next door, got four doughnuts and an egg wrap, and they STILL hadn’t made our drinks. If that wasn’t bad enough, they did not at all seem apologetic. It wasn’t busy, just the four of us and a family of 3 behind us. Once 3 of the drinks had been made [after the LONGEST time], they made the drinks of the family behind us — 3 large snoothies. Then, we came and asked them where the fourth drink was, and they nonchalantly said “oh, we messed up”. Again, not an ounce of apology in their statements, nor in their voices. We asked for a receipt as well, and the girl behind the counter took so long that we finally got the fourth drink and left without a receipt. In addition, they do not know how to close lids, because one of the drinks had 2 lids and another was completely unfastened, they just put it on top.

We are not the type of people to complain, so we were polite about it. However, this is The Worst experience I’ve had with service. If I had the authority and nerve, I would have went behind the counter and made all of the drinks myself, in half the time.

To add salt to the wound, the drinks were not properly blended, either. There were whole spinach leaves and cranberries in the Berry Reboot.

Very friendly stuff, but very poor cleanlines and sanitary practices, neither of the 2 girls that helped prepare my bowl changed their gloves after handling the register and money and then moving onto preparing my acaí bowl, I would usually let this fly in any other circumstance but we're facing a pandemic right now and they should be better trained! I approached one of the girls about it but she only said, "we're trying" but continued with the same pair of gloves helping a new customer. Not once did I see either one of them wash...

Had a great experience here!! Came here with my 18 month old son, and the barista was so kind in giving the best recommendation for a smoothie my son would like. I did not get his name, but he was very educated and friendly. My son absolutely loved the smoothie and finished it all! Anything to get my picky eater to eat some greens!
