Well…let’s start with the waiting time to get your food. It takes a LONG time. Very very long time. Get ready to waste your time waiting. I don’t have enough words to express how frustrating the waiting is. This place had a few tables and today it was not full. Only 4 tables had costumers and one table people was just drinking beer. 3 costumers arrived 10 minutes after us and they got served right away so there is preference for regular costumers. It took 35 minutes to get our 4 ceviches of conchas negras only to find out it was very very salty. My mom couldn’t finish it. I ate mine and drank another 3 glasses of chicha to quench my thirst after that salty dish. Then we had to wait for the jalea. It was so depressing. The dish was small…not worth the price and the fish of course was also salty. The yuca frita arrived and it was only six small sticks in a white bowl with no sauce. The presentation of the dishes is so bad. Nothing to be impressed. We arrived at 1:15 pm and we left at 3:00 pm still hungry from such a disappointment food. Our server was very nice but he alone was taking care of the costumers. I won’t come back to this place and i do not recommend it. Not worth my time and money. You can get better and faster service at any other restaurant. So i ordered 4 ceviches, 1 jalea, 2 chichas, 1 yuca frita and 1 lomo to go. $183 total (wow!!! $$$$$). And we left hungry and annoyed of the long waiting. If you still want to try it i will recommend you to order at least 2 hours before arrival. REPLY: I didn’t order the lomo AFTER. Everything was ordered at the same time. I can’t imagine ordering that after. Another...
