The food took a while to arrive since it was Sunday lunch (that's not the issue). The issue was that the food runner brought my food out (the receipt on the chips with my name on it) and then took it away, saying that he gave me the wrong order and switched it with another customer's burrito. Not every bakery puts as much effort anymore.
Javier is doing an amazing job at developing and remodeling the place. It's really upsetting to see reviews speaking negatively about the building itself. This is a humble corner cafe for those looking for delicious authentic Mexican food and not the bells and whistles of an overpriced mediocre Mexican restaurant.
Give this place a shot! You'll fall in LOVE with it!
Also a great opportunity to support a young...
