First time and last time. I walked in to buy a gift card at 5am. There is no one in the store except 3 employees, all who are stocking on the floor. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I go to the gift card section, browse for 60 seconds with one employee 3 feet away from me. No eye contact. No interaction. I walk to the register and there's another employee, 2 feet away from me, behind the register, stocking as well. No eye contact. No hello. No how can I help you. No interaction at all! I stand there and count to 10. I finally say 'hello' and the guy , who's behind the counter without looking up and continuing to stock says "we'll be right with you". I'm still the only one on the store. The guy who was by the gift cards , walks around the register and says "what would you like". I pay and leave. I used to work in retail and know the importance of greeting the customer and making them feel welcome and I'm usually the one who rather be left alone and find my own things when I shop but I will not take being made to feel like I'm wasting your time when I come to your business to...

The staff was definitely on it today! Huge thanks for letting me use their bathroom as well. It's a single, gender-neutral. Plenty of room in there if you need to do a diaper change, also handicap accessible.
Their outdoor patio is where it's at! Plenty of room, around six tables or so with two chairs each. You can also hang out inside the establishment and listen to the pre-made playlist of modern rock, alternative, and some near pop music local artist type songs.
I would totally come back here! It's a great hangout spot, date spot, place to chill on your commute when traffic gets...
Read moreThis place is slow. Make sure to give yourself 15 extra minutes before coming here. I waste money on Starbucks everyday, and no matter where I go, this place is still slower. Example: one girl at bar, and one girl stocking stuff in the back with 5 to 6 drinks lined up. Why don't you assist your fellow co-worker to get the drinks done, and you both can get work done afterwards. I mean she took my order and then looked around for other stuff to do. Look at the bar... 5 drinks. Before someone ask, they were half cold and half hot drinks, both could have crushed them out in 2 secs. This is every employee, not just...
