Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is my first time going to this Starbucks. And I would never typically leave a review for a chain, but I have never experience better customer service in my life . I can’t even believe it to be honest. The barista who took my order, I believe his name was Dom, what is the most friendly and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in costumer service . I was having a bad day and he totally made it 10000 times better. He started light conversation while continuing to be efficient. Asked about me and how my day was going, noticed I was in uniform and asked if I was on my lunch break, etc. He was just exuding a bubbly and friendly personality. I seriously would want to be best friends with every single one of the employees at this location. I have never been a loyal costumer to Starbucks , but I will literally be returning just to get a smile from the wonderful team at this store. So Dom if you see this, just know that it is people like you who make such an impact on the world. I truly was feeling so defeated and was having the worst day and your kindness brightened it for me. I bought my glass just as it is seen in the photograph 📸🍶 I asked the lady if she could prepare my drink and pour it into the glass at once. No, the one it normally comes in, so as not to waste more plastic ♻️ She said it wasn't possible, especially because of the straw my cup had. These are details that are a bit uncomfortable. And apart from that, the drink tasted a bit lumpy, since I have always ordered my drink "Ice Matcha tea Latte" and in other locations, I have not been served that way. I hope it is the first and last time. Because I was not left with a good taste...

Every time I come to this location it's a mess to pick up your mobile order. Placed a mobile order at 8:22am I arrived at 8:47 to pick it up. One of my items was gone. No one calls out names for the order, they just place the drinks there so anyone can grab as they please. No one supervises handing out orders.The young lady in charge of heating up the bakery items overheard me saying to another employee twice that one of my items is missing and refused to make another one. Arrived late to my appointment because of having to wait for one of my items that was gone.Need to be better organized and have someone in charge of handing out orders. Latte didn't taste right,was watered down and had a weird aftertaste and was cold...
