Jamba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It ALWAYS smells like vomit in here. The staff is friendly, but not old-school Jamba friendly. Don’t love this location, but it’s conveniently located near places I’m running errands. Would love to see improvements from the top though.. why else would these kids have such lameness? I feel it’s such a simple job & when I was in high school, so many of my peers worked here & the vibe was so different. At this point, it may as well be automated. Please do something about the vomit smell in here. I worked in bars for years & that smell is haunting. It’s literally fruit rot. Fix that. Other locations I frequent don’t have that awful odor. Now called Jamba, this place is great for the weather we’ve had lately.

Got a smile from the cashier and person who made and served my smoothie.. nice! They even let me add my free booster when I forgot to add at register. They had to put it back in the blender since my drink was already made.

The place was a bit crowded but the weather has been so incredibly hot lately (110°) that it shouldn't be a surprise. The smoothies are around $6-$9 average. My Caribbean Passion was $8.99 for a large. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday perk and got $4 off.

Not a lot of seating so be prepared to leave and enjoy elsewhere.

CORPORATE: Can you make sure your employees answer the phone when customers call to place orders. I called about 20 times from 7:05-740 to place an order and never got an answer.

I believe this issue stems from poor management not being able to work efficiently and be able to distribute the work accordingly. Furthermore, this issue then trickles down the totem pole.

If your company Jamba Juice cannot answer phones for orders then you probably need MORE employees at this location.

Please make note of these concerns because I’m sure I’m not the only customer going through this...
