I walked in at the Chipotle location at 6443 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, California, 91367...on 02/15/2021....at approximately 11:13am...The customer service was terrible today.....The reason why the customer service experience didn't meet my expectations today because there was a lot of negative energy coming from the team members.... I walked in feeling frustrated ,fatigued and bothered by certain things before I walked in Chipotle today to buy lunch..but I do believe the team member who served me and the cashier whom checked me out felt that a lot of negativity energy showed in my body language...So, they probably took it as if I was being negative towards them... The team members kept asking me the same questions repeatedly even though I spoke loud and clearly the first time....The cashier said I didn't give him enough money for the order...But I asked him for my money back..and I counted it back to him...and the amount was correct..the cashier miscounted....he gave a lot of attitude when he thought he was right...But I will say this...you never know what a person is going through before you come in contact with them...So, it is best NOT to assume....I know from life experiences that you can't assume someone is taking something out on you because that wasn't the case. Employees are even taught that these certain scenarios happen from customers everyday walking into different businesses..So, I wonder why does this continue to happen... I will probably still continue doing business with Chipotle Restaurant...I know how people are..they are always assuming.....I will just have to try my best to hide how I am feeling...So, others want assume I am taking something...
Read moreThis location never seems to serve the “full menu”. I go to Chipotle a lot as it is one of the few places I can go to, order something quick and fast, and it be filling and stick with my diet/nutrition plan. Sadly, this location is almost always never serving the full menu. They are almost always either never serving iced tea and/or fajita vegetables when I go. At first, I figured it was supply issues/pandemic related, but other chipotle’s didn’t have the same issues. After a server once said “we aren’t serving fajitas today” it dawned on me that this location purposefully avoids putting out the full menu in order to save money - people are still going to pay $12 for their burrito whether we offer them the vegetables or not, right?
Now, I go in and check to see if they are serving both items…if they aren’t, I leave and go somewhere else. I am also starting to write down the dates and times I have attempted to give them business but left due to their neglect to serve the entire menu.
If it weren’t for the fact that this location is convenient for me, I wouldn’t return to this location - but luckily there are other options in the plaza I will support with my money when this location fails to serve...
Read moreThis location is consistently understaffed and a mess. We’ve seen this both day and night. We live around the corner and usually come about twice a month when we’re in a pinch and don’t want to cook. It’s usually around 8/9, but we’ll go occasionally during day errands on weekends as well. Tonight we got there around 9 and we waited for about 15-20 minutes in line. There was one person in the register and one on the line. There was a towering pile of dishes behind them in the grill area and no noise coming from the back. They also were out of several meats. If this had happened one time, it would have been no big deal. But it’s nearly every time we come and there’s always a line to the door. And it’s ALWAYS dirty. From the line, to the grill, to the drink station, to the view into the kitchen.
To whoever staffs this location - treat your employees better. This must be so hard on them and sucks for the customer. Also worth noting, two couples came in at separate times while we were in line, checked what was available (probably because they’re regulars) and walked out. You guys are...
