(1:55) There was no one else and I was at the counter 2:07. I get it the drive through is there. I ask for my order first, she tells me we ran out of ice or blurred something out which was confusing, I step aside with only one item from my order. When a Caucasian male was after me in line, I’m not sure if Jasmine here would’ve preferred to attend him first and that’s why she got mad and gave me attitude at its finest yelling my name LOUD twice as I’m making eye contact with her and approaching for her to give me the bag. She makes me wait another 7 minutes to remake a drink she had already given me the first time I walked up to say my name again to get the other drink that was missing for those 7 minutes only for her to bring it out instantly after I told her she had already given me the coffee. So my question is check the cameras and your worker. She was hiding the pink drink just to mess with me. Racist much if I think about it for being Mexican girl there. As I heard how attentive she was with the other caucasians that arrived after me. My friend and I were first in line there and it was 2 drinks one coffee one refresher there was no reason to take almost 20 minutes to get them to me especially if we had ordered online 10...
Read moreOur go to drink, is the very berry refresher, we understand that not every location is going to make it exactly the same, but they are typically pretty close in taste/concentration. Here for some reason when asked for it with light ice, half or a third of the beverage is ice and taste like water with a very light touch of flavor. I never complain,especially because the times I'm here it's fairly busy. Today there weren't any cars, so I politely told the barista I had asked for light ice after noticing it was filled a tiny bit less than halfway with ice and was extremely light in color. The barista didn't reply, gave me an annoyed/angry look, rolled his eyes and rudely/aggressively took the drink from my hand and muttered lighter?? As he walked away. The window closed and he dumped most of the drink, poured more from a carton and placed zero ice. I couldn't hear what was being said, but he was making gestures and two of the other coworkers were laughing. I still thanked him, even though he didn't say anything just walked over, stuck out his hand with my drink and walked away. The result, a refresher without ice, not mixed/shaken and about 10x the concentration of the first refresher. I normally go there before work and late night before I go to bed get my favorite mocha no whip light foam. Sometimes I might add a double smoked bacon, the last three times that I went there because I haven’t been in a while because of the service Have been absolutely horrible The guy that took my order at 9:53 PM July 31, 2023 need to be retrained. He doesn’t seem like he want to work there. He handed me my sandwich with pride knowing that it was not warmed up it was totally cold. The bacon was white. I had to come home and heat it up in my microwave, and this isn’t the first time that it happened. I’m very disappointed in this location and I hate that that is the only one close to my house.
