The food is decent, average fast food. The service was VERY slow on a Tuesday at 1pm. There was only ONE car in front of me and I waited 11 minutes to get my food. When i got to the window i saw that there was only ONE employee inside handling the drive through orders. That is ridiculous!! If the manager is seeing this, you need to put another employee in there. Especially during lunch (prime time)!! There was only ONE car in front of me and i waited 11 minutes. That doesn’t make any sense. The driver in that car in front of me also seemed like they were waiting on their things for too long. I heard the driver shout that she had been waiting a while to get her drinks, she was being rude about it to the employee. Considering that there was only ONE employee doing everything, i get why the wait time was abnormally long. But, come on now. Smh. This is LA, and this BK is right on York BLVD, a very POPULAR street! I don’t plan on going back because i know McDonald’s will get me in and out in about 5 minutes. Read moreThe drive-thru wait time is terrible. It's even worse if you go inside, wait time inside is 10-15 minutes; that's if you only ordered 2 items. It's obvious that drive-thru orders take priority. Yet, drive thru still takes an excessive amount of time. Employees need to be better trained; breakfast items are, more often than not, unavailable and out of stock or employees are simply too lazy to cook them. We placed a breakfast order through the app. When we arrived 20 minutes later, we were told they did not have any biscuits cooked, if we wanted biscuits it would take about 15 minutes. It's illogical that they would not go ahead and cook the biscuits to have our order ready by the time we arrived to pick it up! PURE LAZINESS! After several times of this unprofessional, lazy service we simply stopped coming here. The few times we do decide to eat Burger King, we have to travel to a location that is further away if we want to have what we actually ordered. This location needs new management...
Read moreWe went there yesterday 7/16/25 @ 4pm, had no idea about the new ordering kiosks, the person behind the counter told us to order via the kiosks, that it was their new system, which is OK but why the unfriendly attitude with the customers? Minutes later, more customers came and it seems everyone seems confused about the ordering kiosks, they couldn't use it so they asked the personnel to take their order for them. More customers came in and were told in an unfriendly non customer service manner to use the kiosks, they walked out. Then friends of the staff came in and the employee took their order so which one is it, use the kiosks to order or only take people's order that you know as they come in?
