Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Busy place and Ricardo made my orders wrong when I told him about it he get upset first I order on line a grande pike and a triple latte it's take more than 10 mind to get ready I have to wait on store for my order then the pike it wasn't pike I told him then the grande triple latte was so light that l say hey I pay extra shots because I like my strong coffee he insist that he did put the triple expresso shots I open it and say look you can even see the color of my latte it almost warm milk he get upset and didn't respond and let me there waiting and waiting still making orders when l ask what's going on if he is going to make it again or what l won't take a coffee that I pay extra just the way he wants so he just poured a shot on my already made coffee with out a word and l am really disappointed I and gold card customer I spend my good money everyday on Starbucks and the Barista promise is that to make the coffee how you want it so why if they made it wrong they feel so fuss about the complaint this place needs more employees three on total only one making beverages one on cashier and another fixing supplies, we like customers we don't need to deal with employees frustration we pay for a good expensive coffee and we want to be treat...

I was really excited about trying a "Newly opened Starbucks." The shopping plaza only has ~14 parking spaces to share between 6 stores. So the wait to park is long. Inside is beautiful. New grey tile floors... But only one milk sugar & garbage station on the other side of store far from the door. The "NewRules" are ridiculous: 1) You must prove you made a purchase to get a cup of water 2) They can now only give you a small cup for water because they say the larger cups are limited 3) You can no longer get your personal starbucks containers filled with beverages for "sanitary reasons." When you return to get your small cup of water refilled, they waste plastic by throwing away the water cup you just used and force you to abet them in destroying the planet by forcing you to get a New cup, a new water cup for "sanitary reasons." They claim these new rules came from corporate and they are first to implement because they are a "New store... " Needless to say I left for a more...

This place used to have electrical outlets so that people in the neighborhood could come in and charge their phones, and hang out with their neighbors, and have a cup of coffee, and maybe a pastry. I live in an apartment in the neighborhood.

Yesterday I went in, and there are ZERO plugs. They took them all out. I'm sorry, but this is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. The power was going on and off around the neighborhood due to high winds, this location had power, I spent money on beverage and a pastry , and there was nowhere to charge a phone?

Tell the shopping center to hire security if the problem is so bad.

I'm never going to this Starbucks again.

BTW, your plan backfired, and the only people in the Starbucks were 5 homeless people, and all their luggage.

There are several non corporate coffee shops in the neighborhood. Go to them instead.
