Horrible customer service. I ordered a coffee and a sausage breakfast sandwich. The coffee was given to me within the first 5 mins., but when I noticed that there were 4 girls working behind the counter, and neither one seemed to be preoccupied with my breakfast sandwich, I asked if it was almost ready. The girl who sold it to me, knew that she had no more of it and didn't bother to let me know of it, continued as if I wasn't there waiting, and kept taking more orders! She didn't bother to make it right by offering something in replacement of, nor offer a free coffee on a future visit, nothing!! The manager wasn't as helpful either, as a matter of fact, it seemed to me that the manager did not have enough experience to run this shop, for it seemed that her clerks were doing as they please and she lacked in the handling of my order. The girl who took my order, was told to give me a refund and to "next time make sure the item is available ", as she was about to give me my refund, another customer who had come up to the line wanted service, and she had the nerve to tell me that he was next in line! At that point, I had to tell her, that she knew I was waiting for my sandwich, didn't bother to acknowledge me and let me know that she had none of it, and that as far as who was next, I was, and that her job was to take care of me right away so I could have been on my way along time ago! She then processes a refund to my debit card and continues with the incompetence, by telling me that she cannot give me a receipt for the refund because her printer is broken and does not give receipts! I said that I wasn't leaving until she gave me proof of the refund, and that was only by printing me a receipt! Another girl had to help out because clearly this one was horrible!
In short, it seems that this location is run by a bunch of little, incompetent girls. This is the only Starbucks I've ever had a hard time with...I will not go...
Read moreI went to buy a venti berry sangria and a grande chai latte just 5 minutes ago through their drive thru waited for about 4-5 minutes service on a Sunday afternoon it's not that busy..but I wanted a cold drink so I patiently wait then after I got my tea I got so frustrated because it taste like a water not a tea, I see no dried berries it tasted very different from what I usually buy from Starbucks(Victory and Tampa) so this mean that it wasn't prepared right so I decide to call balboa and roscoe branch spoke to a crew and to my dismay she did not apologize but explained that they were busy.. like I don't get it was it my fault that they're busy so they don't get the work done right..I'm being a victim of this attitude??so I told I want to speak to a manager and the line was cut/hang up.i dialed again after I got hold of the manager then she immediately told me to go back or refund the drink which is ridiculous she did not even try to get my side and she wanted to end our convo right away.this manager thinks that by simply saying that she gona give free drink would make me feel better..it's upsetting on how they deal with customers who didn't get the right order and customers who pays..I do not wonder why this location have only three star..management is awful.no wonder the thief people are rude too.they don't deserve to work there.now it's a lesson for me of not to comeback to this branch ever.district manager should evaluate...
