This is an extremely disappointing experience with Harman Customer Support regarding my JBL Reflect Aero earbuds. My left earbud isn't working, and despite multiple attempts, they refuse to provide a replacement or refund because I'm outside the US. They expect me to pay approximately $60 to ship the defective earbuds from Tbilisi, Georgia, to their US facility—a cost that's more than the earbuds themselves! It's completely unacceptable that a global company like Harman doesn't offer local drop-off points or a viable solution for international customers. I'm left with a faulty product...
Read moreEnjoyed a wonderful "behind the scenes" tour of Harmon International in Northridge. This is the primarily the R&D and engineering facility for JBL, HK, infinity, AKG, Levinson, Revel, B&W and other premier brands.
I'm a huge fan of vintage JBL horn-loaded alnico systems (think Hartsfield and Paragon) and I really enjoyed seeing the anechoic chambers, A-B testing stage and fully-equipped engineering workshops that reflect their commitment to developing these world class products.
