Placed an order for staff, quick thank you for all the hard work. It was for about 12 people, I didn’t know there were restrictions as we have done this before and never had a problem. Also, the website didn’t stop me from adding people to my list so didn’t think much of it. When I got there to pick up the order there was only one person in line. We got to the front and the staff started make comments saying “this is their order” they made faces and started laughing. We were unsure of what was going on. When a different staff comes up to us and starts saying “for future reference you need to place a catering order” I was like o I’m sorry I didn’t know and he repeated himself. No details no explanation. We got to the office and all of the bowls were smashed and had little to no food in them. Worst experience there definitely not going back.

Over the last six months, every time I've been coming to this location there has been an issue. Dirty tables, out of utensils, and employees overcharging me and then having to hold up the line to fix my order. Most recently, I have visited this location for chips and guac and a couple of drinks, and ended up spending forty five minutes in the store because an employee had to refill the aqua frescos drinks. There was no line ahead of me, and when I asked the cashier about the drinks he said he'd refill them. While I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, understanding that everyone has bad days, it has become apparent that this is a recurring issue. The employees are consistently rude and appear unhappy, which negatively impacts my experience as a customer. Additionally, they frequently run out of items and display aggression when asked for extras, despite my willingness to pay for them.
