Well I used to say that it was ok. People were friendly enough . But after my experience the morning I will not say it again they charged use twice for our order. But its funny how the first order was for twice the amount as the second one . But when I went back there excuse was the first register didn't work so they used the one next to it . Now here's the thing first if the register wasn't working then why did it go through to my bank when I checked it out with the bank. The other thing is why was the price of the first one twice the amount as the second one. And if it wasn't working then they should have never been using it at all until they got it fixed . It makes me wonder how many other people's accounts were charged over the price of there arriginal orders. And when confronted with it they kept saying it didn't go through . But people I have on my phone when ever a purchase is made with our card it sends me a text on what where and how much it was. So with that and checking with the bank to confirm the purchase went through . I brought my phone to show them and they still said it didn't go through . So that makes me wonder also are a few of the workers at this Jack n the Box knowinly stealing from us costumers or what's really going on there . So my responds to the ? Read moreThis JiTB location is quite possibly one of the worst I've been to. I stopped by during breakfast early in the morning (8:30ish am). I ordered the breakfast combo along with various other stuff. I was their 2nd customer at that moment, so they were not very busy. The food I ordered took an average amount of time to be ready. Once it was done, I picked it up and looked thru it. My quick once-over did not find anything wrong. But I found out not too long later after I already hit the road, was that they forgot or neglected the hashbrowns with this order. At first, this may not seem like a big deal. But the thing is, I have to say that just look at the prices of fast food nowadays. When you have to pay $6.00 to $7.00 just for a burger, shrinkage, or in this case, just straight up not giving what was purchased and charged is basically theft. Yeah, it was probably just a 1.00 or so that they ripped off by omitting the hashbrowns, but that is kind of a straw that breaks the camel's back, when I'm shelling out the inflated prices for the rest of the food on the menu. If you order food from this JiTB location, make sure you triple-check that they got your order correct, otherwise you might be missing one or a few items, esp. If you have a bigger order. There was a boy with the earpiece and a girl in front of me straight ignoring me after I kept asking for assistance for like 3 minutes. I whistled nobody looked at me and I could hear the workers just talking in the back gossiping! I swear I wish there was a doorbell or ringer but they still wouldn't of heard me, they made me feel as if I was a ghost! Had to leave this review hoping that some type of management would bring it to their attention on how to train their customers on greeting them and that customers should come first. I'm sure they were discriminating because I had brought in a homeless guy who I had offered him to pick anything on the menu.
