Iāve been coming for a solid 6 months here with my gf weekly because I visit her during her hour lunch break.she works right next door at the dental office so thatās why we come here and itās always been a great experience, service is great and they always go above and beyond on special requests, love the baristas. 3 months ago I acquired an electric bike for a more greener and cost efficient way of transportion, and itās been great Iāve been coming here inside the store ordering and studying as I am a full time student as well. 2 months coming here parking my electric bike inside in a corner with I right beside it , where it is always empty and nobody ever walks by and not blocking anyones path or exits. And not outside baking because well heat and batteries definitely donāt go well( weāve all seen the exploding electric scooter, bikes, hover boards, phones, anything with batteries exc) and up until oct 7th, this new manger comes up to me and informs me they canāt have bikes inside, and I explained well Iāve been coming in here for 2 months with my Bike and never been a problem, she apologized that no one has said anything but she does have to ask me to move it outside, there are bike racks on the other side of the drive thru, I said to be fair it is a bad area plus it Is hot outside I canāt just leave my bike outside to bake I study for 3 hours. She said I can sit outside if I like so I did because she had ruined my educational flow I had going that we all know can be very difficult to achieve so I thought whatever. Once I finished studying my gf had asked to buy her a drink so I did, attempting to be mindful of this new managers request of keeping my electric bike out I went to the drive thru, considering well my bike does have two motors so it is most definitely a motorized vehicle , once I got the window the same manager pulled up saying we will give you service this Time but next time to order a different way, I informed her itās a electric bike, and it has a motor , you said I canāt come inside so I was only being mindful on her part, she said āitās policy and we can only serve cars and motorcycles, even though yours vehicle is almost there, weāve told you this beforeā. i said no you havenāt this is the first time that Iāve ever had an issue here or anywhere else for that matter. Literally the only time, I explained she only said I canāt have my bike inside never anything about the drive through, regardless my bike counts a motorized vehicle if I donāt have to exert myself physically to get the thing moving, motorized! Even if it doesnāt go as fast as I car, its definitely a motorized type of transportation . And greener ! They never get any order right either too much ice not enough milk dirty cups thereās always something wrong never runs smoothly.
