Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Extremely poor interaction. Submitted order in the Subway app and it showed that that it was being prepared. Arrived at restaurant and they claim that the order was never received and that there is nothing they can do about it. Showed them the the Subway app with the order and order number, but they just said sorry we can't do anything about it. The store said they don't receive orders after 7:30pm, but my order was submitted before that.

They had no contact information to call Subway to ask for a refund or for help. They just advised to come back tomorrow and maybe a manager can help. I paid for a sub combo and...

I recently visited the store( Sunday, 04/28/24 between, 12-1) for lunch with my wife, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal together. However, our experience was ruin by the tribble behavior of one of the employees, leaving us with a bitter taste in our mouths and a decision to never return. It's truly disappointing when a place with potential fails to deliver due to the unprofessionalism of its staff. the lady behind the counter behavior was very disappointing and un acceptable. i don't recommend this subway to anyone seeking a pleasant...
