Extremely poor interaction. Submitted order in the Subway app and it showed that that it was being prepared. Arrived at restaurant and they claim that the order was never received and that there is nothing they can do about it. Showed them the the Subway app with the order and order number, but they just said sorry we can't do anything about it. The store said they don't receive orders after 7:30pm, but my order was submitted before that.
