Overall cute place but it's seems like a teenager hangout. Also the pastries seem great but way too limited each time I go there is always low stock which I find poor. All Boba drinks look good not going to lie! But the taste is lacking very watered down and super diluted! Boba pearls at are bit too hard very inconsistent. And also to be honest the drinks are very artificial! Not natural ingredients hardly any natural fruits it's all made of flavored syrups and fizzy water which are for sparkling drinks. And can easily made at home why pay money for something I make myself?! All you do is make your own fruit preserves and add jam into the fruit preserves if you want then next add sparkling water or sprite and there you have a sparkling drink. Also the owner seems nice but is very awkward when it comes to assisting customers. Also the lady who works there hardly speaks English which a huge problem not sound racial. But if you are coming to U.S your English skills have more efficient enough to communicate with customers. Super important I know English isn't your first language but you need to work on that. It's for business to grow and you people can assume and misconspitions can happen. I know you are used to speaking Taiwanese not everybody in America especially if it's business and if customers speak the language as you do. So give yourselfs room to improve your language skills. Same would go for me if I lived in Taiwan as English speaker and if wanted to own a business there. Pretty sure I have to work on my Taiwanese in order to communicate with other customers as well. Or better if you hire translator employee to help you. Also I can tell that the manager doesn't take suggestions that well especially when I gave him good ideas for their menu items. To improve especially when I mentioned " You have should Matcha Cookies" Since they already have matcha bread. And the manger felt uncomfortable and questioned as if where rocket science it's not! Anyways yeah manager has to more open minded to new ideas otherwise business might not make it. But if they take criticism then that tells you have a lot growing to as a manager of business. And also the posters you have each drink seems to look good. But unfortunately the lettering of each label seems a little off and is bit to tiny to read as well so maybe try. To have lettering to be more bigger and not in cursive since it can get hard to read so maybe another font would be better and visible. So I hope you can improve a lot and bless you and hope you can do some understand in your...
Read moreI had a late night craving for something sweet and creamy so I looked for a boba shop that was still open. (It was 11:30pm) and this popped up. When I walked in I was pleasantly overwhelmed with all of the yummy options and variations of drinks you can make. I decided to go with the strawberry matcha latte with taro cream cheese foam and Oh my goodness, it was so yummy. It comes layered so I got to taste the strawberry at the bottom which was kinda like preserves and the middle was a lightly sweetened creamy matcha, the top was the creamcheese foam which was full of flavor and very yummy. It was amazing separately and very good all mixed together as well. They have a loyalty program and I am very sure that I will be earning myself a free drink very soon. I believe my drink was considered a medium and it was $7.75 which is pretty pricey in general but not much more than an average boba drink and it was premium in my opinion.
They were also pretty fast and had great customer service. There was a small language barrier but not too much that you could not communicate just small misunderstandings. Overall, I would rate this place amazing and...
Read moreMy family and I stopped by here after dinner because my wife wanted her Thai Milk Tea while we were across the street. When we came around 8pm, it was basically quiet and the plaza parking spots were almost all available. When we walked in, the 2 staff greeted us and was waiting for our order. We took a couple of minutes looking at the menu because it was our first time here. My wife got a regular size Thai Milk Tea, my sister got the Hokkaido Milk Tea and my niece wanted the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It didn't take our drinks order long to come out. We exited the store but then my nephew wanted some macarons so we went back in. I got him 4 strawberry macarons and 2 strawberry. Everyone loved their drink and my nephew loved his macarons. They have some seating inside if you want to sit there and enjoy your drink. They also have some snacks on their menu so if I was to return, I would try their...
