Surf City Squeeze — Restaurant in Los Angeles

LA we had to try it. I was so excited to go and try this location! So my daughter wanted to relive the experience with my grandaughter. I got off the car with my grandaughter . I FaceTimed my daughter so she can see what we were ordering at the register. I said I wanted boba in mine and the male employee said(mind you with my grandaughter and daughter witnessing his attitude) He said, “Obviously I just opened so there is no boba”. I couldn’t believe this early he already had a bad attitude. Thats really not my problem y’all. They should start an hour early if that’s what it takes. False advertising to say they sell boba if you have to wait an hour after they open to get boba. Then with the attitude? Very rude. I got so sad and I just ordered one drink. It was strawberry banana. I asked if he had other non dairy options and he got upset because I even asked that question. The smoothie tasted bad like it was done half assed. I’m dissatisfied with hi s service. I ordered the largest one they had. Waste of my fuel, time, energy, effort, money and taste buds. Even my grandaughter that is 3 didn’t like it. So disappointing. I've visited this mall plenty of times and always noticed Surf City Squeeze. Today I decided to approach the establishment and ask about their matcha green tea smoothies. I've never had matcha green tea anything so I asked if it was possible to get a sample of it. I wanted to try it and see if I wanted a full cup of that or if I wanted to purchase a regular smoothie. The girl behind the counter gave me a nasty look and almost with no effort replied, "I don't have any samples of that right now." She made me feel as if I was asking for a free smoothie. I’ve been coming to surf city squeeze for as long as I could remember, it’s nostalgic to me it’s a core memory I absolutely LOVE their drinks, I’ve always loved their service !
