Sweet N' Hollow — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I saw that this place was going to be at smotgasburgla, so I convinced my friends to make the drive from the valley to try this place. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.

I ordered after my boyfriend, who is, and he got his ice cream cone promptly. I was patiently waiting for my order, but after noticing that three people who were after me got their order before me, I realized that I was forgotten. When I asked about my order, I realized that they didn't even write down my order. They rushed to get my order together, not lining the cone fully and the dude who made my order did not wear any gloves. This made me question if the establishment actually meets sanitary guidelines.

The problem with the negligence of my order is that it was not busy. My boyfriend and I just walked up and it was a while before the people came after me. This leads me to believe that this was an intentional act and I was being discriminated against. As a POC, there is a certain feeling of emotion that you get when you know you are facing discrimination. Sadly I feel this same emotion for the third time in my life today.

I wanted to just ask for my money back while they making my order, but my boyfriend refrained me from doing so. Looking back I wish I did as this experience ruined my mood and was disappointed since I was so excited to try this place. I would not recommend supporting this establishment, but if you do chose to do so, make sure you watch them and don't be afraid...

I really enjoyed my visit today. We instantly gave our orders and the food was given fairly quickly. Sure, the desserts that they give isn't too spectacular, but it's really good and me and my family fell in love with the waffle cones that...
